When my parents moved to Madisonville, OH they brought with them a passion for customer service that helped them make a name for ourselves in the local auto repair industry. Now that the family business has been entrusted to my care, it's my goal to continue my father's mission of always providing our customers with the personalized service they depend on us for.
Overbeck Auto Services started with a dream and a plan. Vietnam in 1971, ready to start his own auto repair business with a better idea. Experienced as an auto dealership line mechanic, Steve knew he had to find a way to provide better, more personalized service. And he did. With his wife, Ann, as his partner, their first shop was in Oakley.
We take pride in providing our customers with outstanding automotive care and unparalleled service. Our team of experienced technicians possesses the skills to perform full-service automotive care and repairs. We'll service any make or model car, truck, or SUV; foreign, domestic, hybrid, or gasoline.
Brakes are some of the most commonly neglected parts of our vehicles. We tend not to give them a second thought until we hear them squealing and squeaking or until we feel a vibration or shaking in the brake pedal. If something feels or sounds "off" to you, there's a good chance a problem has been brewing with your brakes for much longer than you realized.
At Overbeck Auto Services and Cincinnati Hybrid, we have never liked the term "oil change." Our industry has cheapened the value of an oil change to get you in the door with a low-cost offer, only to use that as an attempt to upsell you other services. An oil change should go beyond simply draining the old dirty oil, changing the filter, and filling the engine with fresh oil.

I was in a bind as my vehicle broke down unexpectantly; on calling Ron's they were more than accomadating to working my vehcile in that day. They were completely understanding, friendly, and proffessional. I would recommend this shop to anyone that needs vehicle repair and will be taking my vehicle back to them when I'm in future mechanical needs. I started my own expediting business almost one year ago, and wanted a local shop to handle all my repairs. I stumbled across Ray and Ron's,and I couldn't be happier. They have always been there for me on short notice, and have made every repair in a timely manner. Not only are they excellent at what they do, they are also fair about their prices, and above all else, they are friendly, and courteous.

We were from out of state and stopped by with short notice to get our car inspected for a 900 mile drive and they were courteous, understanding, professional, and got us fixed up in under an hour. Peggy and the staff are second to none. Thank you for helping us get home safely to Florida. And for the prayers for our family.
