Day Heights towing was assigned by AAA initially and they were incredibly friendly and easy to work with. Was out of town and my car broke down and they made the experience of getting the car to the right location easy and simple… Wish I could say the same about AAA on the second follow up call. Anyone in Cincinnati should only consider using the height for the towing needs.

My car broke down at work and they took car of the issue in a timely manner then I had an issue a few weeks later with the car dumping oil all over the place they were quick to find the issue and again repaired my vehicle. Jamie and the staff did a fantastic job and notified me through the whole process even sent me pictures of the issues they found. I will use Day Heights Auto Service again for my repair needs.

Very professional and honest. Pricing isn’t much cheaper than others but it just feels better paying someone who seems to genuinely care about you and your car rather than someone who is just churning through oil changes and brake jobs. Would definitely recommend.

Always quick and professional. Don’t harass me to get a bunch of work done I don’t request or need. Prices are reasonable. Waiting area includes a table and chairs so I can work on my laptop. Love that they are willing to drive my car to my home when service is complete. I love Day Heights Auto!
