Optimal has been fantastic to work with. I had a leak and a water heater go out. They came out quickly, provide me with a reasonable quote and did a great job.

Ron was suggested by Expressions Home Gallery to install a bathroom sink. He was very fast to respond and easy from start to finish, he was knowledge about our product, clean and courteous in our space. We will definitely be using Optimal Plumbing for all our plumbing projects.

The job scope and material list was clearly spelled out in writing and the quote we received seemed reasonable. The first issue was that the specs for the type of drain we wanted were not followed, and it would have greatly delayed the whole project so we had no choice but to accept the incorrect parts and have them incorporated into the tile work.
