I called at 7am because my water heater busted and the garage flooded. they quoted me a good price and a time. I asked for the 10% off that I got when I used them before and he said no. I was ok with that. then I update a FB page letting them know that I wasn't given the 10% off, but it was ok. apparently someone called him about it and so he texted to tell me that he wouldn't be coming at all. I called him and asked why, and he told me. so VERY BAD PRACTICE!!!! especially since I didn't mind paying full price and it was already after 9 and I was expecting him. regardless, I spent the next hour

I talked to the owner, Jose, over the phone...he told me that his plumber will be at my house in 30 minutes and the job will take 1 hour. Jose was spot on! Taylor was my plumber, and he did a GREAT job. Taylor also gave me some good advice. Thank you for the GREAT price...I expected to pay more! Thank you Galaxy Plumbing!
