Dr. Sugiyama received his DDS degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery. He spent his undergraduate career at Brigham Young University where he earned a bachelor of science degree in the field of exercise science.
Dr. Sugiyama stays up to date with current techniques and information by being a member of the American Dental Association, Colorado Dental Association, Metro Denver Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, and CEREC study group.To provide you with the finest care he has also spent numerous hours in continuing education courses and lectures.

Most cases are completed in approximately 9 months!
ClearCorrect clear aligners are the perfect choice for straightening your teeth in a fast and comfortable way. These laser trimmed trays are virtually "invisible" and very comfortable to wear. Dr. Sugiyama believes in making this treatment affordable for everyone, so custom pricing is a part of each case.

I can't give enough stars to this practice!
Dr. Sugiyama and team far exceeded my expectations.
I had some trouble with a tooth (like 5 months of trouble) that another dentist was trying to figure out but they weren't really listening to me or hearing what I was saying about the pain. I was on a course of treatment that would have added to the problem and extended my pain if I didn't find Dr. Sugiyama.
I got a referral to Dr. Sugiyama from a friend and his team saw me immediately due to the pain I was having. Dr. Sugiyama took the time to listen to me and finally figured out what was going on

Dr Sugiyama used Clear Correct braces to fix my very misaligned bite. I needed additional trays and adjustments because of the difficulty level posed by my natural teeth. The doctor and his staff have always been very helpful, friendly, and patient. They did not hesitate to help me with the additional adjustments and are always willing to go the extra mile to help me get to the result I want. The office atmosphere is always happy and professional with multiple individuals working in coordination to get their work done. They are the best dental team we've ever found.

I've been a patient at Cedar Mountain Family Dentistry for over 3 years and I recently got braces for myself. Dr. Sugiyama was great ! I wanted to try a new dentist. My last one in Castle Rock did quality work but was not attentive enough to billing and ended up costing me $350 more than necessary for services. My friend recommended Cedar Mountain for their quality service and fair billing. I was very satisfied with the service I received. All team members were friendly and efficient. The dental hygienist who helped me was particularly informative and friendly. They were good at encouraging good dental care at home without sounding preachy or shaming.

Been going to Dr Sugiyama for a few years now. I'm a low-maintenance patient and am happy with cleanings on my regular sched. Everyone in the office is very nice and polite and has their stuff together to make for smooth appts. Dr Sugiyama offers a prescription flouride toothpaste to strengthen enamel, helping me self-maintain at home.
Recommend for low-maintenance patients, for sure.

Excellent hygienist. Gentle, thorough, and personable. Receptionist seemed very efficient and capable. Ambivalent about the dentist who did not shake my hand, introduce himself, or smile. After surprising me by telling me I was expected to write a review in exchange for bleach trays (which had not been communicated to me), he schooled me on how everyone was using Google and Facebook and I should be too.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE. I had been going here for years but things have changed. Jeanette has a horrible bed side manner where she lectures and argues while cleaning your teeth. At one point during my cleaning when she could tell I was uncomfortable with her lectures she says, "well my license is on the line". Then when she continued to lecture me, apparently I reacted in some way for her to say "oh I am sorry, was that funny to you?" I have never been treated this way by any medical professional. I felt like I was trapped with her being rude and nasty to me. I was appalled

I have been coming here for about a year now, and LOVE IT! Had a bridge done right before Christmas, a filling, and even had my two front teeth bonded. The work they have done is fantastic, and i love my teeth again!
The staff are exceptional. They always take their time to assure their work is satisfactory. They're so friendly, and you can tell they all have a great working relationship!!
I can honestly say, its always a pleasure to come in!
