At Red Hawk Dentistry, we believe that the most effective dental care is a joint effort between both the patient and your dental professional. The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry recommends that parents schedule a well baby visit with a dentist no later than a child's first birthday.

Dr. Al Ochoa is a graduate of Loma Linda University School of Dentistry and has been practicing dentistry for 8 years. His early career included 6 years with the Indian Health Service where he finished his commitment there as Clinic Supervisor.
While at the same time with the Indian Health Service, Dr. Ochoa held a teaching position with Loma Linda University School of Dentistry and continues today as one of their Adjunct Professors of Restorative Dentistry.Dr. Ochoa moved to Colorado 2 years ago to be close to his sweetheart, and is excited to be a part of such a wonderful community here in Castle Rock.

I don't think I have ever had a good experience at a dentist before, let alone a great one, but Dr. Ochoa was fantastic. I came in for a crown and had to bring my newborn. He was very understanding, kind and patient with her crying. The dental hygienists all made me feel comfortable and were incredible supportive. I can't thank Dr. Ochoa and all his amazing staff enough for making the visit go by so well with an 8 week old baby there!

Can't say enough great things about the greatest dentist of all time... I neglected my teeth for the past decade out of fear of the dentist and needles in general... He made it so easy and didn't feel pain AT ALL.
I was suffering from a rotted and broken molar that had attached to my wisdom tooth. The pain on a scale that I was experiencing prior to getting it removed was a 10 out of 10... He had me in and out of his office in just a little over an hour.
His dental assistant Kim I believe was so beyond amazing as well. Will be taking our family here as long as they are in Colorado!

My mom has gone to every dentist in the state, she is so picky. but she loved this place and referred me and i could not be happier. Dr.Ochoa is kind and friendly and so good at what he does. Everyone hates going to the dentist if we're being honest, but it's a lot less scary when everyone is so unbelievably kind and professional!

Dr. Ochoa came highly recommended by our orthodontist, who had seen and been impressed by his work first-hand. My son, who has 4 congenitally missing teeth and was too young for dental implants, was in need of 4 Maryland Bridges. Dr. Ochoa was able to craft a smile beyond our expectations. It is perfect! His artistry is unparalleled, his attention to detail is astounding and his patience is inexhaustible. I was in a few weeks ago for a night guard. Dr Ochoa spent a great deal of time with me.I was so pleasantly surprised to be seen by him and not just a hygienist. When I came back in he made sure it was fitted perfectly for me. I was so impressed by my care I came back for an annual cleaning and check up. This visit went equally as well. I'm glad I found Red Hawk Dentistry.

Dr. Al, and his entire team were absolutely amazing! Best dental experience I've ever encountered in my life. Fun, honest, and caring team! The work was impeccable! As well as, the attention to detail, and additional time Dr. Al had taken to ensure perfection. If there was a sixth star- I'd give it. Thanks for the great work, and experience guys!

My appointment is coming up soon but my husband asked me to write a review for him because he was blown away with how incredibly accommodating they were. My husband HATES the dentist. They made him feel comfortable and were patient and kind. They explained everything thoroughly and took their time with specific procedures that make him uncomfortable. I have to say too that their prices are great. We moved here from Florida and all of the work he needs done was 2-3x the price in Florida. Really looking forward to my appointment. Thank you for taking care of my husband!!

I have tried a couple other dentists in Castle Rock and Red Hawk won me over. I love how they can always get me in when needed. Dr. Ochoa is very personable and helps put me at ease whenever I have to be seen because he knows I'm not a fan of going to the dentist. I had to be seen today for a dental emergency and Dr. Ochoa handled the problem perfectly. Love red Hawk!

Awesome practice! The office is gorgeous and clean. Dr. Ochoa is great at making his patients feel comfortable and thoroughly explaining his recommendations. Kylie is a wonderful hygienist. I have never felt less stressed at a cleaning in my life. She was extremely gentle and made it a pain-free experience.

I absolutely hate going to the dentist to the point I put it off as long as possible... Then I had a huge issue. Red Hawk did a great job getting me in in a timely manner. We got a tour of the facility and overall the place is well set up and very clean. The front desk staff was super nice. They made the dreaded trip to the dentist a good experience. Very thorough cleaning and provided a good amount of quality patient education. I'm actually not dreading my next cleaning.
