If I could give it zero stars I would. Bed bugs pictures to prove that we got bitten up. Called the cops on us for asking for our money back when they stole 14,000$ from us. Horrible BE AWARE.

This is such an awesome place to stay in Key West. Great location! We got to the room overlooking the bay. It was awesome. The suite was so comfortable. Had everything we needed. Hands down one of the best places we have stayed while traveling. The Caribbean housekeeping staff was awesome too. Really awesome people.
Thank you, Laureate Key West!

This hotel was waayyy good to stay at. Super communicative and great staffs. Clean and amazing suit with all rooms having beach view balcony. Rooms are equipped with most kitchen utensils you would need. The only downside for us was they did not serve any breakfast and the place was about 3miles away from the downtown/city center. If you don't have any issues with these two things, it's a SUPER GREAT place to stay.

My family spent Thanksgiving week here. The hotel is excellent. The rooms are spacious and spotless. Every room has an ocean view. There's plenty of parking and it's right near the hotel so you don't have to track-and-field it to the car every morning. The rooms have fully supplied kitchenettes, so you can save a few bucks by making your own breakfast (there's a grocery store right down the street). The staff is excellent: helpful, friendly, courteous, and diligent. I recommend this joint. Plus, there's this Captain America fellow who runs by every morning with an American flag; makes you feel

Decent hotel for a decent price.
No complaints except the that elevators always smelled like cigarettes due to other inconsiderate guests.
The pool was nice and large, and the location was far enough from downtown that getting on and off the island was quick and easy. And getting downtown was easy, without having to struggle with crowds or parking troubles until getting to your destination.
Easy walk to grocery stores and restaurants. And the balcony was very pleasant and quiet, and was a great place to relax and drink coffee or beer.

Great place to stay in key west. Better price than the other hotels in this area.
Only has 4 floors, so not the best sea view you get.
The accommodation is related good, nice maintenance .
The one we booked has 2 TVs, bed and a kitchen with most of the utensils.
Pool is also nice with warm water

This was my first time staying at The Laureate and I have to say it was worth repeating. This hotel is spectacular, especially for families. I recently visited Key West together with my family 11 people (10 Adults - 1 Kid) and we were all extremely comfortable in a 3 bedroom Suite. You have to see the photos so that you understand how good this Suite is. First of all, it has two floors, and on the first floor it has a room with a king size bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom and a full kitchen. On the second floor, it has two other rooms that open onto a very large shared balcony. One

I hardly ever leave reviews... but this hotel?! It was beautiful! One of the best rooms I have ever stayed in! My kids (7&4) stayed in a one bedroom king partial view. A tip: get a king bed room, the balconies are bigger. The rooms look just like the pictures, which I know hardly happens. The room was clean. Bed was SO comfortable; we didn't toss or turn at all. The road is right next to the water, but with the door to the balcony closed you couldn't hear anything. Room has living room area, kitchen, huge bathroom, and a huge room with a beautiful view from the balcony. The front desk texted us
