This was a return visit. Great staff. Very pleasant and helpful. The room was large. 2 Queen beds, a table and chairs and lots of room. Frig was included. No breakfast any longer but parking and Wi-Fi are free.
Very short walk to Disneyland.
Dennys, IHOP, Walgreens, and CVS all are a very short walk.
We highly recommend Castle Inn & Suites!

Staff has been helpful in providing towels as needed.
It is a distance from Disneyland entrance. If you are a light sleeper DO NOT stay here. I am writing this at 1am due to the thin walls and hearing every footstep above you, nextdoor, outside. I wanted to pack up and leave after the first night but I didn't want to hassle with packing up my family and trying to find some place else after already paying for this place. The stay here has made my visit less than enjoyable due to sleep deprivation.

I loved my experience here. Close to restaurants and stores. 3 blocks from Disney entrance. We used the outdoor heated pool and hot tub daily. Staff were Amazing. I accidentally broke something on property and they were really nice about it. I also left something and they offered to send it to me in the mail (I've never had that experience before!). Great management obviously!

This is a convenient location with a walkable distance from Disneyland. Although it is convenient, I will consider staying at a different hotel for my next Disney trip due to several negative experiences here.
It started with our friend who was the first to check into our hotel. She flew in from a different state and misplaced her wallet during the trip. We called and told the staff about our friend's situation and asked if they accepted apple pay. The hotel worker said they did not. They told us they needed a physical credit card. We offered to pay the reservation over the phone and were

No hospitality. My sister in law stayed here and she unfortunately misplaced her wallet and couldn't check in properly. She had Apple Pay on her phone and had to pull out cash , but couldn't find an ATM anywhere near her. Mind you she is from a different state and it TOOK HER 4 HOURS to finally take out cash and that was only because a kind woman at an ATM pulled out cash for her and she was able to pay them back through VENMO. The hotel didn't offer to help her locate an ATM that accepted Apple Pay and she didn't get to check in until late at night . Still baffled at the fact

First of all, you can't beat the location -- it's a roughly ten minute walk from hotel to the Esplanade, so it's incredibly convenient for midday returns and arriving early. As for the Castle Inn and Suites itself... well, it's adorable! You're literally staying somewhere that gets you perfectly in the mood for Disneyland. The rooms are spacious, you get FREE parking included with your booking which is much appreciated after the recent parking price hike at the parks, and the staff is so friendly. Everyone I spoke to during my stay was awesome and always accommodating.

The rooms are very dated without any modern accommodations, the pictures advertised are not what is seen. The bed is equivalent to laying on the ground. Room maintenance sucks, when you turn on the bathroom sink it smells like sewage. The air conditioner is vey noisy and the rooms are poorly insulated as you could hear everyone that walks by. They advertise parking but there is not enough for there guests on premises, as you have to park your vehicle almost 1/4 mile away because the employees are parking in the guest parking area. Front desk staff is rude, and not helpful whatsoever the room rates

Stayed 4 nights for our Disneyland trip. I will start my review with the good. The staff was excellent from the managers, the front desk staff and the people who take care of the rooms. The room was very clean upon arrival. Plenty of towels. We even saw them cleaning carpets! The AC worked well which is a plus since it's so hot. The location is very good less than a 10 minute walk from the parks. Location is within walking distance to Cheesecake factory, PF chang's, Denny's, IHOP and McDonald's. The taxi ride from SNA to the property was 43 dollars. The Uber ride from

Stayed for two days for our Disney trip. The location is perfect, just a block from the ticket booths. There is plenty of places to eat right outside the hotel. It was a really quick 5 min walk to the gates and downtown Disney is close walking distance also. The hotel includes parking (thumbs up) and offers cheap options if you leave the car during check out to go to the park for the day. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and they were really helpful bringing extra stuff when needed like towels. the hotel is castle themed which was pretty cute for the little Disney Princess

This place is okay if you find a good deal. I found a good deal online which was cheaper than any of the other hotels across from Disney, so because of the decent price, I give it 3 stars. However its a very basic bare bones place, so please read the truth and base your opinion on all the facts.
To those that keep writing how close it is to Disneyland...yes, it is across the street, but its a solid 15 minute walk (or more depending on how fast you walk) from the hotel to the ticket counter. Its all the way at the end and probably further than the parking lot. Lets not pretend this is not tiring

I just came back from a 4 night stay at the Castle Inn. Before going, I read some reviews saying that Castle Inn was an old, basic motel and the one redeeming quality was the short walk to Disneyland. However, I was pleasantly surprised at the room I stayed in and the motel overall. The room my family got appeared updated and very clean. Nothing in the room appeared to be old. At the time of my stay, daily maid service was not happening due to Covid-19. Cleaning of rooms was only happening after guests check out. However, you can call the front desk and ask for fresh towels, coffees for

They're located across the street and just about a block over from an entrance to California Adventure, Disneyland & Downtown Disney. They are friendly. The rooms are clean--with a refrigerator and microwave. We didn't expect much but a safe and clean place to sleep while we enjoyed the 3 main attractions, pretty much from sun up to sun down. For that criteria, this place is absolutely perfect.

We found a big and small cockroach in the room.
The refrigerator did not work.
There was a musty smell.
Other than the convenience of being across the street from Disneyland, this was not a good stay.
Dish out the extra money for a clean, updated hotel. We should have. I hope the management reads this, and takes action.
