No one likes to think about needing a will. Most people need to consider having wills and other documents drafted that will help protect their wishes and those of their family, partners and friends. Without a will, the law presumes that you will favor even the most distant blood relatives over all others, including charitable organizations and close friends.
I have represented both start up and established businesses in my practice in contract matters. Because I am in solo practice, each matter in my office receives my full attention and is not relegated to a paralegal or new associate as in large practices. I am always pleased to assist people in forming a new business enterprise, and offer incorporation and Limited Liability Company formation.

Lisa is my most favorite closing attorney and I give her my business whenever possible. I am a realtor here in Durham and have experienced all sorts of closing attorneys.
