Ms. Cinski handled my disability case. It took three denials (normal) before we met remotely via phone in front of a judge. Ms. Cinski prepped me well the day before, and the hearing ended with a fully favorable judgment. Ms. Cinski was able to parse through hundreds of pages of doctor and hospital visits and create a compelling and believable narrative. I just answered her questions as clearly as possible, with specific anecdotes.
I felt somewhat in the dark in terms of what records I needed to present (none) and what I needed to do to help the case (nothing). I just focused on documenting my

I unsuccessfully appealed my social security disability claim myself, then I contact Mr. Lauffer's office for help with my claim. His office was very courteous, helpful and prompt , although it took 3 years to get approved; I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

The best lawyer in Durham, when other lawyers could not help for 3 years. Mr. Samuel Roberti did in about a year.
So don’t waste time or money, turn to the people who will truly help you when you need them. The best! Always use the best if you want the best results!!

My case was not handled properly. An appeal was suppose to be filed for my case and was never done. When questioned I was told I never requested an appeal. I was awarded $43 and was being told I didn't want that appealed. Are u kidding me!! Why would anyone accept a $43 award and not want it appealed?? The person that worked for my lawyer was always rude and never returned calls or emails. That person was also the one that said I didn't want to appeal my case. Try someone else if you want your case and yourself to be treated properly.

I spent several years and now battling my chronic illnesses for 6 years after I fell on my job. My condition continues to get worst over the years.
A few years after my injury, I was recommended to Roberti Wicker Lauffer & Cinski PA from a family member who helped with his disability case. The lawyer who was assigned to my case was R. David Wicker Jr. He’s very compassionate, and truly concern about my situation. His assistant, Yvonne Sanchez, was also friendly as well. They were so friendly that it felt like I’ve known them for a while. They were almost like my second family. Anytime that
