Best apartments in concord! fiancé and I moved in May this year and everything could not be more perfect. our apartment is spacious- definitely a lot of room. our neighbors are amazing and everyone is so nice & quiet atmosphere! the only “noisy” times is when there’s a party at the pool or just people hanging out by there and even then everyone is respectful and aren’t out for too long. dog friendly- everyone picks up after their dogs so the complex is never gross or dirty. huge shoutout to maintenance- they do a great job, friendly and always checking in to make sure everything is good

This has been the BEST apartment complex I've ever lived in. The management team is on top of everything! Maintenance is quick usually same day if not next day. The Staff here is great. I love my neighbors everyone is so friendly. You get a real sense of being part of the community here. You know you found a great place when some of the tenants have been here for long time just moved apartments. The amenities are great. I love seeing staff around the complex they are so friendly and really care about their tenants. I will definitely be renewing my lease when the time comes.

We will be signing our lease again with Crossroads because we really love our management and maintenance. Lynn in the office is great at communication and staying on top of everything and Roberto with maintenance always does an amazing job.
Although I wish the gate was fully around the community for better protection, I enjoy living in the complex. It is always well maintained even with fur babies around. And I LOVE using the outside grills and pool area!

Best Apartment complex in town! They are pet friendly and keep the grounds clean! Their online resident portal is pretty easy and convenient to pay rent.
My husband and I lived here for just over a year and a half and definitely enjoyed our time here. Our dogs loved the dog run and the accessibility to the shopping center across the street. We only moved out because we bought a house.
With all complexes lately there is a problem with the trash getting out of hand around the dumpsters, transient people going through it, and old mail boxes that have been broken into several times. To my understanding

I've been a tenant for just under two years and before that had a family member living here. I fell in love with the place. I was not only gravitated to Crossroads by the location, landscape, and amenities but, because of the leasing agent Jamie. Jamie was so warm, welcoming, and listened to my every want and concerns.
After being a tenant for over a year, I had an issue with my new neighbor. I felt so comfortable to go in and express my concerns and frustrations to Jamie. She was understanding took everything I said into consideration and handled the problem within that same day. Haven

I just signed my 5th year long lease here at Crossroads. The community it great, super quite, dog friendly, clean and well kept. The apartments a very nice & updated. Maintenance staff has always been wonderful & very easy to work with. But the primary reason we signed for a 5th year is the office staff Lynn & Jamie! They are nothing shy of perfection everyday!
Both Lynn & Jamie truly take the time to get to know their residents (and 4 legged residents) and really make you feel right at home. They are quick to handle any issues that come up professionally with smiles on their faces
