My name is Chris Mun and I was born and raised right up the road in the suburbs of Dallas, Tx. I graduated from the University of Texas Dental Branch-Houston in 2011. My wife (girlfriend at the time) and I moved straight to Denver, Co where we spent a wonderful two years. When we got married in May, we knew it was time to move back to Texas and plant some roots close to our families.
It is the sole responsibility of the member to maximize their benefits by arranging all the appropriate appointments within the 12-month membership period. If the appointments are not used, the member will not be entitled to a refund. Renewal payment is due the beginning of the same month each year.

This place is AMAZING. They made me feel so comfortable and at ease.. And I have a huge phobia of dentist, because of that phobia I put off seeing a dentist for awhile and my team was absolutely amazing. A big shout out to Maryam who talked me down the minute she got me back, reassured me that I was in good hands and I just knew it immediately from the professionalism she approached me.
The doc (Dr. Adan) came in next and discussed the plan of care with me and also reassured me that I was in better shape than I thought.

Let me start off by saying I really dislike going to the dentist.....BUT, the staff at Pflugerville Family Dentistry are super nice and welcoming! Most, if not all, are easy to talk to and they explain everything clearly so that it's not confusing.
I went in for a deep clean, and my hygienist Myriam was super good! She definitely made me feel comfortable and checked on me (she knew I was anxious as I mentioned before, I really really dislike going to the dentist). She was very professional and informative! She also came on her day off to help me out due to my schedule.....who else does that?

I was able to book a new patient appointment online, fill out the forms, and upload my information prior to coming in so only had to give my name to check in. I was called back to be seen almost immediately. From the front desk staff, to the hygienist, to the dentist, and finally the treatment coordinator, the entire staff was kind and professional. I am very anxious about going to the dentist, and they put me right at ease. My visit was a 100% positive experience, which is hard to find in a dental office!

I cannot thank the dental team at Pflugerville Family Dentistry enough for all they have done and continue to do for my daughter as she navigates having braces. The staff is amazing, from the call takers, front desk, accounting and the amazing dental techs and Dentists!! They are all patient, knowledgeable, and always professional. I recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a dentist, for the whole family!!

As a healthcare professional for over 23 years I was disappointed in my experience. This was my third consultation for a dentist office that would provide IV sedation for root canals. Upon calling the front desk they verified this was a service they provided. I was beyond ecstatic. I had to wait over 6 weeks to be seen. Upon arrival I was told I had to pay a $129 consultation fee. While sitting in dental chair I expressed how relieved I was to find an orthodontist who could provide IV sedation. The assistant informed me they only do anesthesia for teeth extractions.
