Over 4 months after being manipulated into trusting the head of the clinic to perform a root canal (because they wouldn't released the crown to me to do elsewhere)... I cannot chew on that side of my mouth because of the pain. I was pain free before I went to see this dentist. I accepted their refund of half the amount I paid for the work they did, I should have demanded a full refund. Rude, unprofessional, inept overpaid crooks. Run far away from this place. Thank you for reminding me why people have life long phobias of dentists.

While most other dentists could not accept a new patient for at least a month, Pflugerville Smiles Dentistry was able to book an appointment within two weeks. The staff was courteous, the location was close to home, and they accepted my dental insurance. More importantly, the procedures that were completed were far-less painful than other dentists that I had previously worked with. I couldn't recommend them more.

I went in for my first visit in July because I was having an issue with my jaw. I hadn't been to the dentist in over 5 years because I had a bad experience with my former dentist in Arlington, TX. So I was a bit nervous about my visit. During my visit, it was determined that I needed all of my wisdom teeth removed. Not the kind of news I wanted to hear but Dr. Balaraman was very patient with me, answered all of my questions, and most importantly, eased my anxiety!
