In a nutshell, photography ignites me-so much that I resigned from my retirement-saving, payroll-position, teaching career of fifteen years to pursue this dream. Services
This includes all levels offered: portfolio review, website review, the business of photography, and the live shoot with model(s). On many occasions, I've had photographers message me and ask for help in finding a location to shoot, advice on a camera or lens purchase, what to do in a particular lighting situation, or how to interact with families during a family session.
Bang Images photographs individuals, couples and families. There are several types of photography sessions: On-Location, At-home, Studio, and Headshot Sessions. On-location Sessions are at an agreed upon public space. At-home Sessions are at your home; they can be indoors or in your yard, or a combination of both.
I will meet you at an agreed upon location, such as a public park for a natural setting or in downtown Birmingham for a city setting for our session. I will travel to your home for a session. These sessions are relaxed and wonderful for newborns. They're also perfect for anyone not wanting to venture outdoors in the winter or summer months for a session.

Jennifer is such a talented photographer! My husband and I had never had professional photos taken aside from our wedding so we were not sure what to expect, but Jennifer gave good direction while also letting the shoot flow naturally. It resulted in a fun time that produced absolutely beautiful pictures. We were so impressed with the quality of the results that we ended up purchasing the whole gallery. We honestly could not have chosen a better photographer to work with than Jennifer. She is such a delightful person who has seriously mastered her craft.

Jennifer is really an amazing artist. She captures moments in such a special way that is truly unique and rare. My fiancé and I aren't extremely comfortable with cameras but she made us feel comfortable and we had fun! We had a wedding planned shortly after the pandemic began and she made things work for us given a tough situation. She's great and highly recommended for any professional photos!

Jennifer is such an amazing photographer and great to work with. We love our photos from BANG images. Jennifer is incredibly talented and captures moments so beautifully.
She is great with kiddos. My kids were playing and running around excitedly and she let them just do their thing and she captured their little selves perfectly.
Our session was a bit unique. It was a reunion. We got our dog back after he had been gone for 2 years. He had been in an abusive situation for those two years and he almost died. We feel very blessed to have him back. So thankful we could have Jennifer’s mad skills to document the special moment. ❤️

Jennifer is an amazing photographer. Her work is one of a kind. She lets the clients feel in control. She directs when needed, guides you, and helps if your not sure how to stand or move. She got my fiance to smile, so that was a huge hit with his mom. She is fun to work with, she encouraged us tobring our own style to our photos and let us be us!!!
