Was impressed with service & hospitality for the past 5 years & a couple thousand $ ago. Not today. Web site says make an appointment. Called....we dont do appointments. But you can get oil change & tire rotation in 45 minutes to an hour. Walked in at 11 am. No one even spoke to me & when they did was told at least 1& 1/2 wait. 5 people behind the counter......none very friendly. New ownership???

I can’t say enough good things about Greensboro Tire Pros. From the customer service, to the actual vehicle service, they are fantastic all the way around!
