Audi Clutch pedal was sticking and the issue was becoming more frequent. ICD managed to resolve the issue where others were unable. They were professional, communicative, courteous, diligent, worked hard to get the car back to me in a timely manner, and best of all, they fixed the problem. Pricing was very fair. Had one minor issue after the car came back but they fixed it without cost or quibble. Overall a very positive experience and I would absolutely recommend them

I found Import Car Doctors via top ratings on google search.
I called them first for a quote that was fairly accurate but they asked that I come in to get an exact quote.
It ended up $300 more expensive once they did an inspection but they provided me a free loaner car and texted me updates regularly before doing any work.
Also the price stayed the same without any additions once it was agreed upon.
Everyone at the shop was incredibly friendly, I had left multiple items in the car none of which were stolen(see previous review from someone who said their items got stolen).

I have a 2011 VW CC with 162K miles and the past 3 years I've been traveling A LOT. Last Friday, I was on my way out of town for Thanksgiving and stopped at a fastfood restaurant. Somehow my car began to expel smoke from under the hood. Then coolant began to leak all over the ground. Checked under the hood and realized 2 hoses were leaking coolant. I called Import Car Doctors and they were happy to help! Though, I was told that they wouldn't be able to get to my car until after the holiday. I was a bit sad but fine with that because I wanted my car taken care of. So, I had my car towed to the shop

I have always had a wonderful experience with Import Car Doctors. My fiancé and I have been taking our cars to this shop for the past year, and I have nothing but positive things to say. Everyone I've interacted with is kind and professional, and they always take the time to explain what is going on with your vehicle. I will continue taking my car to Import Car Doctors for as long as I am an Athens resident!
I will say that because this place is so good, it is typically very busy, so I recommend making an appointment for the services you need for your car!

I can't say enough great things about IMPORT CAR DOCTORS!!! I took my car to two other local repair shops with good reputations and neither one could repair my car after each place kept it for Almost two weeks leaving me without a car!!!! One place put in a new alternator which it didn't need! When I went to Import Car Doctors they were so professional and nice even giving me a car to use until they fixed mine. They found the problem and repaired it at a reasonable rate!!! I trust these people and thank them so much for being an honest caring company!!!

I reached out to Car Imports Doctor and they got me their best appt and was able to fix the problem. Please try them out, you won't be disappointed.
