Be careful when you go there! They tell you a price and when they give you the bill, they add extra fees. They did not mention these fees to me upfront. I made the employee aware of that he did not tell me about these extra fees, but he did not want to remove them. Then another employee got involved, used vulgar language and even threatened to beat me up outside. Very unprofessional (don't get fooled by the big "Firestone" sign)!

Had all 4 tires changed here during the winter without a problem... $25 a tire and bought the tires from them... 2 months later I pop a tire driving through a pot hole, said he would do $25 for the tire but, said the tire would cost $245... I bought it online for $180 and brought it to them... come to pick up my car and they show me invoice for $45!!! FOR ONE TIRE REPLACEMENT. Told me one of the studs were hard to take off so they had to heat it up with a torch... but YOU guys were the ones who put them on it the first place. HUGE RIPOFF. STEREOTYPICAL MECHANIC trying to rip people off. plenty
