Gave em a call for tire replacement, even though it wasn't a tire carried in store. They had it that day. I stopped at shop after work. Gentlemen there had it installed 20 minutes flat. No issues. Cleanly done. Pricing was fair, compared to online pricing I expected it higher. But they hit nail in head and got my business immediately. I recommend this shop!

I came here after seeing other positive reviews, and was not disappointed. I've had a slow leak in a tire for a while now. I had previously taken my car to two other " used/ repair your tire" type shops. Both times leaving and still having the slow leak. Not only were they courteous and honest, at Tire City, but they were quick. I asked for my tires to be balanced and for them to see if they could finally determine what was causing the leak. After an hour I had my car back. Balance completed, tire patched, and resealed around the rim. Very reasonably priced, and they didn't

I had a plan. It was to replace my tires next year due to the pothole that destroyed my tires. The front and rear passenger side tires were replaced, but the quality of tire was not to standard. I happened to be driving to pick up my dry cleaning when I noticed "Tire City" on the way. So on my way back home I stopped in to ask questions. I would highly recommend this place over any other in this area. I don't ever do reviews, but I had to because my experience was that great! My family and I have been trying to get to the beach for weeks. The day that we go, everything that could go wrong did and we didn't even make it to the beach. Tire City has been my go to place for tires, oil changes and brake jobs for close to 20 years and I never had a bad experience. I am a woman and I assure you you will be treated fairly and receive honest service. The shop is busy but they are efficient and you will be out quickly. Avoid if you need car repairs besides just tires. I have been there in the past for tires as they were fast and efficient, I will give them that. Than I had car repairs to be done by them and this is where they are horrible. I had to bring my vehicle in 3 times for the same issue. First time they said they fixed it and a large bill. Went back because still having the same issue and they said I needed something different, even bigger bill. I had to go back a third time for them to fix it and it still was not fixed. I had to go to dealer to have it done right and they laughed at tire city

I have been using the services at Tire City for almost twenty years. The only reason I even downloaded the Yelp app was because of the negative ratings I saw here which truthfully, blew me away. I'm female and have never been treated in any negative way by the guys at tire city. They are courteous, get the job done right the first time and are very fair and honest with their prices. I feel fortunate to have a local shop I know I can depend on for my car care. I just got 4 new tires yesterday and their prices are very competitive. Ended up costing less than I thought it would.

Should of read the reviews before I let my brother come here. Incompetence. They just want your money and you out the door. Their too much competition to even give this place a second look. Long story short. Tried to put a plug in the side wall of my tire to supplement the fact that I was sold bad tires. They were used, but I bought used tires many times before and have had better experiences.

Went in to get two tires. Found their prices to be extremely high and very unprofessional service. They made excuses for the prices and assumed that I, as the customer, didn't know what I was talking about, allowing them to justify these numbers! Total rip off, I would never go back again, nor would I recommend anyone else to!
