Triangle Building Company worked with us to get our roof replaced after it had been damaged during a storm. Jon came out and inspected the roof, and he worked with the Insurance company to assist us in getting a proper settlement. The installation went off without any issues, and they managed to get the whole job done in one day. Later that day, I went outside and there was no sign that they had been there except our new roof. I would highly recommend Jon and Triangle Building Company if you need a new roof.

I first met Chris when I posted on next door looking for someone to remove my satellite dish. He removed it and installed new roofing shingles and refused to charge me. I purchased gutter covers from him so I could avoid removing leaves from them. These went along the full length of my house. I contacted him a few months later letting him know they created a waterfall along my house. He came back and adjusted them. Almost one year later, I contacted him again and said they were still not working. He replaced them with a different kind of cover and added brackets to my gutters. Even a year later

I had originally posted a very negative review, sharing concerns over work that I had recently had done. After posting my original review, the owner reached out and began making plans to address all my concerns. I can respect a company that stands behind their work and when an issue occurs they try to make the customer happy and confident in the final product. Once everything is resolved I will adjust my rating to address the entire experience

Positive experience:
we had a hail storm 1 month ago. we wasn't sure about if any shingle got damage. we gave them a call and made a inspection appointment on the second day. Although he didn't find any damage on our roof (Luck me), he also gave us some evaluation on roof condition. highly recommend. will use them next time for any roof jobs.
