I have many tools in my tool belt and depending on your needs I curate each therapeutic massage session to your needs. I honor and appreciate each client that entrusts me with their bodies, health and well being.
In each therapeutic session, we will take some time to talk about you and what has been troubling you, and what your goals are for each session. I care deeply about my work, and how you are receiving it. I check in with you periodically throughout a session and you are always encouraged to express yourself during the massage.

Amie is truly gifted! I have all kinds of issues. Back pain, knee pain, arthritis, the list goes on and on. Amie is incredibly talented at identifying and working on the root issue of pain and helping to find relief and release. Her studio is beautiful with lovely fresh air and privacy. Amie is very Covid safe and I feel 100% comfortable and relaxed in her studio. The one hour I get to spend with her every month is my favorite gift to myself! I am so grateful for Amie and all that she does to help her clients. I don't think I can ever go anywhere else for a massage!

I’ve been coming to Amie for over a year. I see her at least twice a month. She is extremely skilled and uses yoga, cupping, stretching, along with traditional massage. She always overdelivers and truly knows how to identify and fix tension areas. I’ve had back surgery and been to 25+ masseuses and Amie is by far the best. Go see her. You won’t regret it!

I've had many massages from various Masseuses over the years but none were as knowledgeable and effective as Amie. Her massages are indeed
'therapeutic' not simply relaxing and pleasant. My muscle aches and other discomforts are always mitigated and usually gone completely when she is done. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a truly 'therapeutic'

Amie is the absolute best. Not just a feel-good massage but a therapeutic one. All you have to do is tell her where it hurts and she goes right to it. Amie knows the whole body more than anyone and how much pressure you can take. She has some amazing moves. Every time she works on me I feel better. If not the same day, but definitely the next.

I’ve had hundreds of massages and I’m extremely picky. I want someone who sees my pains and understands the full body. Amie is one of the very few I’ve found to really heal my body. I was experiencing severe pain in my lower back for several days. She worked on me and I immediately felt relieve and the next day my pain was gone. I so grateful to have found a real body worker in Santa Barbara. She’s definitely ‘my therapist’ now.

Amy is amaaaazing. She has this intuitive sense or magic hands or something where she can get into that EXACT spot that needs the extra attention and with literally perfect amount of pressure that definitely feels like she is working out all the kinks but not so firm that you can't relax at the same time. I am definitely going back, and sensing all my friends to her, it was that good. I highly recommend her.

Amie is an absolute wizard, and she fixed issues in my shoulder that had kept me waking up multiple times nightly for over 5 years. Her way of being was very calming and she was able to find the root causes of my pain and eliminate the pain that radiated from them at the source even after only one visit. Seriously the best massage I have ever had. Started my weekend in Santa Barbara with a therapeutic massage from Amie that melted my muscles tension knots and stress away. Ended my weekend with a second massage that gave me refreshing energy to go home with. I highly recommend Amie for anyone who needs body work!
