From the first phone call Kyra was very friendly and efficient. The people that installed my AC/heating system, especially Robert, were very professional and did an amazing job. They made sure all areas were draped and kept everything very clean. The plumber and the drywall guy, Jose, were extremely nice and very clean also. They did an amazing job and I will absolutely be using them again!

Having your A/C system die is never any fun. However, Black Mountain Air were professional and explained all of our options. We were able to schedule our A/C Heating replacement in a timely manner. Everything works great.

One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating came yesterday to assess our Air Conditioning unit. They told us we needed a whole new unit and gave us a price of over $12,000. Black Mountain Air came out the next day, changed a fuse...total cost $90.00. The unit works perfectly. Black Mountain Air is the only company to use, they are fair and honest.

We use Black Mountain Air for all of our heating and AC needs as we have found them to be a responsive, competent and fairly priced service provider. Most of us have no idea about what is really the problem with our AC equipment and when it is 112 degree F outside, most of us don't care that we don't know! I feel comfortable that Black Mountain is recommending the correct solution and is pricing it fairly. Both of these issues are important to me.

Black Mountain Air is by far the best AC service. We had both Michael and Robert do repairs and service on our unit ( which is really old) and they were both great! I have never had an AC company be so completely honest and not try and rip you off. Pricing is great and well below anyone else. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

Our upstairs air conditioner suddenly stopped working on a Saturday afternoon, so I called Black Mountain Air and Todd responded right away and came out within the hour. He was very personable, diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it without trying to upsell us on anything. I highly recommend.

The owner of Black Mountain Air truly cares about providing quality service. We had a lot of problems and unforeseen issues with our unit and he made sure we were always taken care of. I had a capacitor fail in my AC condenser. Told Black Mountain that and was quoted $60 for service fee.
Robert showed for the appt promptly and confirmed the capacitor had failed. Charged me $60 for the service call and $169 for the capacitor and installation. $229 total.
For those that don't know the capacitor is held in with one sheet metal screw and has for wires that simply clip in place. And the part sells retail for under $20.
I'm not dissatisfied with the work, just the price.

I have used Black Mountain for the last couple of years. They are always courteous and on time. We have had their technician Robert come out and conduct our semi annual system check on our air and furnace. Always does a great job. Asks if there are any other issues. Very thorough. I will continue to use them. I recommend anyone wanting an honest, clean service, to use Black Mountain. No gimmicks, just great service.
