Services
One of the exercises commonly associated with MDT is the back extension, which targets low back pain often caused by bending forward or sitting. Begin lying down face first, then push yourself up as far as you can while keeping your hips on the ground and your back muscles relaxed. Repeat at least 10 times and perform regularly through the day.
At Nick Rinard Physical Therapy we work with, and accept, most major health insurances including workman's comp, car accidents, and private insurance. Our MDT Physical Therapists and staff also understand that insurance can be confusing, and that every health plan is different.
That is why we work with you to collect your insurance information prior to your first visit, and have our Billing Office personally check on your Physical Therapy benefits before you are seen.In most cases, our Billing Office can let you know in 1-2 business days exactly what your insurance will look like.

I have been to Nic several times. Once for my shoulder, once for my elbow, and most recently for my back and hip.
Each time that I’ve gone he has put very concentrated time and effort into determining my problem. And then has solved each problem within a week.
I would highly recommend him for any injury that you have. He’s amazing!!!!!
He also cured my sons neck strain in literally one session.
He is very talented and super well worth your visit.

First time I’ve ever experienced physical therapy that was focused on MY life needs- improving how I function in my daily life. With skills that I could do that weaved into my hectic life. Nick empowered me with tools to reduce, even stop pain and helped me get stronger. He created a plan that was very detail oriented to my specific needs and gave me life long skills.

At first I really liked this place, but after having a few visits he started having his students work on me and that did not work out well. He’s a good PT but having students do the work is not the same. Also there is a problem with the billing office, they do not communicate clearly. The bill I received did not make any sense. It looked as though I had been overcharged. So I called several times to get an understanding, and was only able to leave a message. No one called me back, so I sent them a detailed letter asking for clarity, no response for a whole year, no bills were sent , nothing.
