I've been coming to this office for a couple of years now. The office is nice and clean. The staff has always been super friendly. For some reason i get stressed at the dentist but, Dr Zhu and the staff makes you feel comfortable and right at home.
They listen to your concerns and are always honest with their advice. 100% recommended!.

She is the best. I have had so many dental problems and I have been blessed to have found Dr. Zhu. She is so great at what she does. She is straight to the point and ALWAYS willing to take the time to answer all my questions and address my concerns. I now live in the south shore and still travel to see her because I don’t trust anyone else. Ever since I’ve been a patient here, I have been pain free. I have had a long and wonderful relationship with Dr. Vicki Zhou.. My Family has a history with dental issues. Two years ago I was diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer. Due to Radiation, and Covid 19, its been roughly year and a half for her to address my problem. I need to have my teeth removed, due to Radiation. Dr. Zhu is just wonderful... If she could save them...She would.. She is Professional. She is Caring. She wants the best for you.. Your Health is her first concern. Her Staff/ Assistant 's are just as wonderful! They are so good! Take the time to not only reassure you.. But to let you are not

A bit overpriced. If your insurance does not cover the cost this dentist will expect to be paid out of pocket. The office was clean and new the 1st 3 years . I replaced a few old fillings with new ceramics . I First chose this dentist after learning of this modern equipment to create ceramic crowns in her office With No waiting. After several years, this dentist office was becoming sloppy in need of repairs in the waiting room.

Hi yes went for cleaning yesterday. They are very kind and gentle patient with me about what I have to do with my teeth. Dr Zhu is very thorough and extremely helpful in information on what she sees needs help with regard to my mouth. I did miss having Diana for doing my cleaning but Anna was nice quiet kind but not as thorough as Diana is when she has cleaned my teeth. I think it's sometimes a issue that I have Mass health for insurance and doesn't cover much and I have issues need attention and I have said I have no money for things that insurance won't pay. Yes they are understanding yet last

I called for an appointment and the receptionist was extremely rude and shamed me for not having been there in awhile. I refuse to be treated this way and shall seek treatment elsewhere. Too bad because Dr. Zhu is a terrific dentist. My husband was going to have extensive work done too, they just lost thousands of dollars because of poor customer service.
