I am so impressed by Dr. Navid and his team and highly recommend them. They are professionals who go out of their way to meet the patient's needs and do it with a smile. I recently needed a last minute appointment ahead of an unrelated operation. Dr. Navid called me back personally to fully understand the need, and then cleared an appointment for me on late Saturday afternoon, to accommodate.

I am a new customer and I’m extremely happy, completely pain free procedure during and after I feel no pain at all. He took half the time to do the root canal as my previous dentist, and I was in extreme pain at the dentist office I left. I’m very happy I made the switch. Very clean, professional, efficient, but pleasant so you feel comfortable! I was dreading today all week because of bad experiences at other places and I’m so pleasantly surprised.

Great staff.. everyone is very friendly. I have gotten tremendous work done from them.. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The added bonus is a parking spot is easy to get seeing they are in the North Shore Mall in Peabody. Very convenient if you need to pick something up while you are there too. Thanks for my new smile guys!!!!

My teeth have been through hell and back, and some didn’t make it back. I was worried the ones I did have wouldn’t be able to hold up. But a couple easy root canals later and they are looking better than ever. I also have anxiety, that doesn’t always make an easy patient. But they are very reassuring and always kind. I've been a patient of Dr. Navid for many years, always getting first quality care for an implant, a crown, fillings and cleanings. On my last two visits, during the pandemic, the office was very secure. All safety procedures were followed exactly. My temperature was taken and I was asked to verify my health. My noontime appointment started right on time. Before sitting in the dental chair, I washed my hands, gargled and put on glasses for a cleaning. My hygienist, Janet, wore a surgical mask and a face shield. Janet was very thorough, making sure that I was comfortable while she expertly scaled
