Do not expect professionalism or any sort of regard. Having gone to Ramon since 2018, I can say I will never be back. My experience started off great at this salon, but slowly transformed into such a terrible experience that I felt compelled to write this review. Double booked time slots, rushed haircuts, and no regard for your own time seems to be the norm.
I have not interacted with the owner, but I have seen the shop itself change as well. It was once an incredibly pleasant experience to walk in, but that has slowly changed.

Kai gave me the best haircut I've ever had in my life, I've been to dozens of salons and I'm extremely happy I found this place. The salon is spacious and they also offer outdoor haircuts for people more cautious about COVID. I felt comfortable getting my hair cut inside because the salon was spaced out and the staff was very clean and professional

My husband and I both went in for our first haircuts since Covid started a year and a half ago. We’ve been very cautious since we have a young child who cannot be vaccinated yet and chose the salon based on the ability to get a haircut outside in the garden. It was a wonderful experience all around! We felt entirely comfortable with the safety measures, the garden is beautiful and peaceful, and we both love our haircuts from David. We will definitely be going back!

They bragged that they were the oldest Aveda salon in the country. But that didn't give them the talent to do a simple base job. The stylist thought he knew everything but he did a lousy job on my roots. He didn't follow the formula provided by my LA stylist and did his own thing. His application was careless and sophomoric. Three days later the roots are already showing! What an idiot. I'll never go back there.

My family was looking a little shaggy after months of avoiding hair salons due to Covid. I was excited to see this salon offers outdoor haircuts on the patio and booked appointments for my husband and three kids. The patio is beautiful with mountain views, sitting in a garden while you get your hair done. Kai did a great job! My kids are young, ages 1,3, and 5, and he was so patient with them! Everyone there was so nice, even after our son broke their window! So sorry, again! I would highly recommend this salon.

I got my perm done by David at on broadway and couldn't be happier. What a special salon, beautiful salon furniture brought from all over the world. David work with his son and they are sweetheart people. I got half of my perm done outside in the garden that David also keeps... it's just a very wholesome experience with lovely ambience.

We love bringing our son to On Broadway for his haircuts. We had an appointment near the holidays that got mixed up and Ramon fit our son in for cut. He was friendly, helpful and our son had a great time. For a 2 year old this was the best possible experience! We will definitely be returning.

I had such a great experience at On Broadway! I am visiting Boulder and am from Omaha, Nebraska. I was so weary to visit a new salon solely off of online reviews for my wedding. I'm normally a creature of habit and experiences at new places don't normally pan out for me. However, I am so happy I selected On Broadway. My hair and makeup turned out perfectly! I recently got married in Boulder Co, and planned our wedding from out of state. We are from California and I was unable to do a trial run on my hair and makeup which made me a little nervous. Shannon Reilly is an incredible esthetician with a genuinely open and effervescent personality. She is extremely knowledgeable and always makes sure to understand her clients' skin and what they are looking for in their services and care. I am very pleased with my experience at On Broadway today. I called when they opened and they were able to book me for both a haircut and a massage a few hours later. Ramon did an excellent job with my hair- I am growing out and asymmetrical pixie and also need something low maintenance. He not only gave me exactly what I requested, he also gave me multiple expert tips on how to quickly style my hair. He was easy to talk to and laid back, two qualities I need in a stylist. My first one was with Roxanna, and my most recent one was with Joan. I think I will talk more about Joan because it's fresher in my memory, but I also remember loving Roxanna's massage too!

I saw Donna Davis and she did an amazing job. She highlighted my hair beautifully and trimmed my hair perfectly. She is so professional and warm.
I love the location of the salon, right at the base of the flatirons. It has a very cozy feel, but highly professional at the same time.
