For more than 23 years, The Ponds Child Care Center and Preschool has provided quality, affordable childcare in a nurturing and loving environment. We believe that the first years of a child's life is the most important, helping to lay the foundation for all intellectual and emotional development. Through nurturing and individualized attention, we take great care to provide a warm, friendly, and fun environment for your child. We strive to nurture your child's ideas and imagination, acknowledge each child's individuality, and validate each personality.
Your baby's first year of life is an amazing time, filled with discovery and enormous growth. Infants learn an abundance of new skills each day, such as how to imitate sounds and facial expressions, pulling, reaching and grasping objects, smiling and laughing. These milestones are not only key events of an infant's development, but they are also building blocks for abilities to come like crawling, walking, and talking.
Books and story-time, Lego's, circle-time, tumbling exercises, music and dancing, dress up, interactive stuffed animals, cars/trucks/planes, arts and crafts, puzzles, flash cards, musical instruments, balls, various learning toys, various games, blocks, beads and string, song games, play dough, coloring, sing along story books, painting, science, board games, puppets and singing.
If there is no available space for your child at the moment don't be discouraged. You can place your child on our waiting list by filling out our contact form and requesting such.
