Function: The hot water extraction method (steam cleaning method) injects 240-degree water into the carpet through spray jets. The water is immediately recovered through a vacuum orifice as It's applied. The effect of this process can be compared to the rinse cycle of your washing machine. To facilitate cleaning, a strong detergent pre-spray is applied to the carpet prior to cleaning, and some level of agitation to the carpet is normally applied.

Our carpet cleaner (I think his name was Randy) was a very kind and professional gentleman. He did excellent work and had excellent customer service skills. Friendly and nice interactions, but focused on his work and professionalism. The carpets looked amazing after he was done!

We had a basement plumbing disaster and we called J & M Carpet Renewal. They were able to schedule someone to come the very next day and did a beautiful job. Got all of the awful stains from sewage (yes, sewage) out and the carpet looks like new and the odor is gone. Thank you, thank you!

Service was great. Randy was on time, efficient and friendly. He was able to totally clean a badly stained carpet - looks like new! Seemed a bit pricey at $300 for two bedrooms and a short hallway, but worth it!

What a great team of people providing excellent service. Francis was very flexible and accommodating to my client's schedule. Adjusting the scheduled cleaning was smooth and painless. Randy and Gene the servicemen were quick, thorough, and very kind. Randy did a great job in communicating their arrival time as well as their time to complete the work. Jason was very prompt in communicating through Yelp which is great. Cesar came to clean, and he was very courteous and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why, which was awesome. He was very honest about what could and might not be accomplished which I definitely appreciate. Carpets were cleaned well! I would definitely recommend this company and I will be coming to them again in the future!

We needed carpet cleaning and stretching. Jason came over for an estimate and was on time, friendly and efficient. He wore the mask in the house and clearly communicated the work that he was going to do (especially some things that could impact the look of the carpet, like cuts and trim). He even went as far as to show us the exact trim he would use.
Later on, two employees came to execute on the plan and they again followed safe protocols (opened windows, masked when talking). They did an excellent job cutting and stretching the carpets and also communicated very clearly on the same places

My roommate and I were able to schedule a last minute carpet cleaning service before our lease ended in literally 3 days. The service was maintained within the appointment window and it was very quick and done so with a mask (highly appreciated!). I even meant to tip in cash and forgot to, but was able to contact J&M the next morning to send our tip to Cesar’s way!

I called them to do one room in my rental. They looked at the stains, said no problem, then went to work. When I came back to check, the stains were still there and there was some new discolored areas. They also provided "before" and "after" photos, but the "after" photos conveniently didn't show the areas where the stains were still present.
I called and they told me that I would have to pay for the next step up service to get it fully cleaned. Apparently I had paid for a "basic" cleaning which was really just a surface cleaning I could've done

Our carpet developed a run and my vacuum took out a good chunk of fabric, making a pretty unsightly spot. I contacted J&M for a bid and they replied immediately with a competitive quote and also offered to clean my carpet for a very reasonable price.
Jason had an opening the day after providing the quote and did a fantastic job on the repair - I can't even see where the run was. They also did a great job cleaning the carpet!
J&M is fast, efficient, and friendly. We will definitely use them again in the future!

Wow, amazing! I can think of so many words to describe the service that I received. First time ever getting my carpet clean and the service is wonderful. I feel so knowledgeable about my carpet and how to keep them clean for the next 6 month. Even learn why they get dirty and how they will. I definitely will recommend J&M to everyone I know, best helpers ever and I will have them come back for a full move carpet clean!! Thank you so much for your service and aid!!!

Tech was professional, pleasant and prompt. The difference in the carpet was significant. But there were brown stains that did not come out that I got out later with folex and my Hoover steamvac. We also went over the entry way again with the Hoover and got even more dirt out. Photos included. P.S. I made the mistake of not doing a thorough walkthrough so didn't notice the remaining brown stains until after they left. If I had perhaps they could have removed them.
Addition: I'm pleased with the owners response below. I would order the scrub next time. Service all around was excellent
