Been training here for two months now, and it’s been awesome. The instructors are very friendly and professional. You feel welcome as soon as you step into the gym. Not only from the coaches, but from the students as well. Definitely would recommend for anyone at all levels of jiu jitsu!

Been training with the guys here for about two months now, and it’s been amazing. The coaches are professional, friendly and teach with a very positive attitude. You feel welcome from the first moment you step into the gym. Not only from the coaches, but from the students as well. Everybody helps each other here, which makes picking up new techniques much easier. If you want to learn jiu jitsu from real professionals in a safe and including environment, this is the place to go! Couldn’t be happier about making the step into this gym for the first time. This facility is phenomenal in both its staff and its morals. if you are willing to put in the time you will obtain experience and knowledge that only the Luiz Palhares family can give, and they treat you like one of their own. I have been going for only four weeks now and I know it was the right decision from the moment I walked in the door. Luiz’s son Pedro and all the other black belts are seasoned veterans in their art and are willing to share their experience with others if you are up to the task.

Awesome kids classes. Professors are great with kids. Kids are able to learn so fast with the professors instructions. The communication and support between the professors to students is outstanding. The environment at this professional athlete facility is very family orientated. Martial art students within this professional facility of all ages show great humble characters to each other and their instructors.
