An amazing hospital with great staff! My doctor is super-friendly and trustworthy. Place is very clean with very friendly staff. A great place to see professionals complete the definition of "hard work." This hospital also has a helipad for a LifeFlight of Maine helicopter, which is an air ambulance that transports patients around the state of Maine. Flight crew is very friendly and amazing and work hard and time efficient at their job while ensuring safety is number 1 priority. I would like to become a pilot for LifeFlight of Maine, specifically for this hospital. Thank you all EMS workers for

The staff needs to be taught to be more compassionate and sensitive to families on the outside calling and asking questions and trying to get updates. We are their advocates! It's very scary when they are in their all alone and not in the right state of mind. How would you feel if it was your partner, parent, or child??

My wife recently had a baby on the maternity floor, the experience was awesome from start to finish with one exception. Aleta Joy is tremendous at what she does. As well as Emily and Sarah. The only bad part of the experience was Nicole, she is vulgar, unprofessional and has ZERO bedside manner. Her act was sort of funny at first but got old very quickly. She was also extremely rough with baby on multiple occasions.

They put in a new rules for controlled substances. You need to call your provider to get it filled. They never told us or my pharmacy. They change the rules every once in awhile just to make things hard. I guess they want sick and elderly people to suffer. I help my Mom and we have been trying to deal with this since 8am and waiting on her Rx since the end of November. It's not good to take people off these kinds of meds cold turkey. I wonder if they are going to pay when someone has to go to the ER for withdrawal? I'm sure not. They also have changed her appointment which she needs for upcoming

Laws plastered all over the place in 4 languages about obtaining medical treatment in a timely manner. That’s a joke. Triage is supposed to work by examining a patient and assessing injuries there for 5 hours and didn’t even get looked at. Would have said something but others had been there way longer practically dying on the floor. I left and they called me 3 more hours later apologizing and saying they can see me now. How can they even call this a hospital?

Have been waiting for 3 hours to see someone after having tests done and have been told they have the results but no doctor to come tell me. Saw the doctor on duty come hand three kids stickers. So they lied. Asked if they could call me with the results and they said no and I can be waiting 6 hours. Don't have a emergency room open at all if you can't treat emergencies at all. I have never come here and gotten what I would call near acceptable service. This hospital needs to be closed for the health of the people in this area it would do them more good to travel for a better experience.

I started at Urgent care in Sabattus Street. They could not help me & sent me to the ER at cmmc, where I never received a room. I just sat in the waiting-room for 8 hours. They would come out and bring me for bloodwork, MRI, Urine test and they could not find anything wrong with me. After every test, they put me back in the waiting area with everyone else. They all thought I had a kidney stone & mostly passed it before I got there. Talk about unprofessional & frankly just bad service. But they did manage to send me a bill on time for $2700.

This thank you is long overdue for the comfort and kindness that I was shown at Arbor House. The residence was my respite after the side-effects of radiation and chemotherapy. I was given a sunlit room, books, a beautiful library and a well appointed kitchen during my six weeks of treatment for cancer. Without Arbor House, I could not have maintained a positive attitude of hope that was free from depression.
Pauline cares for the house and adds to the sunshine that lights the kitchen. She is positive energy, humor and hope in one package. Her caring on my most difficult days was a bright spark of

My grandmother was recently in the hospital for a fall that fractured a couple of ribs. The nurses and doctors were awful to her except for a couple. She has dementia and they would make her wait 22 mins to go to the bathroom, making her want to get up on her own. She fell again this morning due to lack of care and no family member was contacted to let them know. They would take there sweet time doing anything. Would highly recommend not using this hospital because they are terrible
