If a death has just occurred, please accept our deepest sympathies. Please know we will be here with you every step of the way, and remember that you are not alone. If a death just occurred, your situation is urgent, or you require immediate assistance, please call 814-533-5832. Typically, the arrangements process takes two to three hours.
Refrigeration of un-embalmed remains for up to 3 days, minimal services of funeral director and staff. Note: This charge does not include preparation of the body, any merchandise, our involvement in planning of ceremony, or use of facilities for viewing or ceremony. Embalming, dressing, cosmetizing, minimal services and overhead of funeral director and staff.

From ink prints of your loved one, the best one is scanned and saved electronically. For each piece you order, a wax replica is created and then cast in solid precious metal, using the time-honored process of lost wax casting.

I attended a viewing recently for a close friend and I could not believe how beautiful and accommodating the funeral home was. The last time I attended a funeral at one of the other funeral homes in town there was no parking, the funeral home was very outdated and the staff was not near as friendly. Everyone in attendance noticed the attention to detail, the comforting environment throughout-especially the hospitality suite downstairs which provided a place for friends and family to relax and regroup during a stressful time. I can not say enough good things about my experience at Simple Alternatives

They helped my mother to make all of her final arrangements well ahead of time so that there wouldn't be a burden on the family. When the time came, she didn't want a service or anyone making a fuss over her, which would have been difficult as there were already COVID-19 restrictions in place. They kept me informed of every step, from cremation and the creation of her obituary to the interment of her ashes. They helped my family get through a difficult time and I highly recommend their services.
