Jeff obtained his master's degree from Appalachian State University in 2004 and maintains credentials as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor as well as a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist.

Authorized by the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services we provide Assessment, ADETS, Short Term (20 Hrs) and Long Term (40 hrs) services. Assessments may be provided in person or via telehealth while education and treatment groups continue to be offered on line.

Services
Assessments cost $100 and are generally scheduled Monday - Friday. Motor Vehicle Record I can assist you in obtaining your MVR from NC DMV directly for $10.75. Please do not use MVRs from your insurance company or other third party sources. The assessment will take about an hour and result in a recommendation ranging from a 16 hour educational program to treatment recommendations.
The process of seeking out counseling can be a scary but rewarding prospect. Sometimes an objective third party can make suggestions or observations that we have not thought of.
