Company Profile Company History In the mid 1990's Terris Cates and Jack Mentink, both employed by other engineering entities, began to have separate desires to start an engineering company that provided professional services with honesty and integrity. They communicated the ideas to one another and shortly thereafter in March of 1996, Integrity Engineering, Inc was incorporated.
Integrity had its humble beginnings in the basement of Terris Cates' residence located just east of Rolla, Missouri. Both of the principals made an early commitment to start the company without debt, and to operate and grow the company on a debt-free basis.

They are extremely crooked. They did a mold investigation in my apartment and lied in several instances and they photo shopped some of the photographs they took. Thank goodness I am smarter than they pegged me to be and have all my own pictures and evidence. Just because I am low income doesn't mean I am not educated or that I am going to be intimidated by then or the property owners.
