Chris did a phenomenal job for us! We worked with her first on our purchase, and then again when we had to unexpectedly sell our home. She was extremely knowledgeable about the market and sold our home within 2 weeks of listing at a great price! Chris was very responsive and helpful. LOVED our experience with Pat’s Realty! We would not be in our dream home if we had not chosen to go with them. I called up Chris and asked to get a showing on the house not realizing we’d be walking through an hour later. Chris made our offer so appealing to the selling agent that she turned down 2 other offers. Then turned around and sold our house in 2 days! Wow! Just an all around amazing experience. Highly recommend.
