What a great experience! This was my first time interacting with a real estate agent and they made it such an easy time. Nick with Real Estate Nerds was AMAZING! He worked tirelessly, even on vacation, to get us the home of our dreams! Being first time home buyers in this crazy market, my fiance and I were a little nervous to start this adventure, but after doing the Hops and Home Seminar about a year ago we knew we wanted to work with Nick. I recently worked with Nathan and he was so amazing! He was so friendly and absolutely dedicated to helping us find the perfect home. I would contact him and ask to see 2-3 houses that evening because I had an 1 1/2 hour trip to get there and he would make it happen. Even sacrificing his own family time to show me a house knowing that we lived so far away. When we didn't get a few of the offers we had put in, he was equally disappointed for us.
