Coppell Family Therapy is a local professional therapy practice that can help parents and children identify and work through the many challenges that face families today. Therapist Audrey E. Kteily has a PhD in Family Studies from Texas Women's University, as well as a Master's degree in counseling from Dallas Baptist University.
Every word, facial expression, gesture, or action on the part of a parent gives the child some message about self-worth. It is sad that so many parents don't realize what messages they are sending. Our family is the first world we experience. It shapes our world view, our attitudes and behaviors, our identity and self esteem.
Ask any parent about the teenage years and you will hear a groan and a sigh. They are difficult years that seemingly overnight turn your cuddly, bright children into moody, contrary people that have an answer for everything. However, at the same time, those kids that you no longer quite recognize are going through amazing transformations.
At Coppell Family Therapy, we work with spouses and mates in marriage counseling and couples therapy in order to help the two of you re-discover each other. We assist you in finding the root cause of the distress, and then we help you recognize it in order to re-build, remodel or re-surface the rough edges so you can return to the business of the two of you sharing your lives together.
Courage doesn't happen when you have all the answers. It happens when you are ready to face the questions you have been avoiding your whole life. From excessive hand-washing to counting steps, OCD can cause severe disruption in the daily life of the person it controls. Together we can learn what drives your compulsions and obsessions and redirect those impulses.

Dr. Kteily has helped me so much that I cannot come up with the words to describe how amazing she is! I knew there was something wrong inside and she helped guide me through the process of learning who I truly am. I 10000% recommend her if anyone is struggling with anything! She does it all! LGBTQ, family, child counseling and couples counseling!
My son also sees Dr. English, she has worked wonders with his anger issues! Highly recommend her for anyone’s child!

My daughter saw Audrey Kteily for a little over six months. I started to become concerned when I realized that Kteily was serially dishonest. The oddest part was that she lied about things that didn’t matter at all, and it became clear that she doesn’t have a good enough memory to keep track of which lie she’s told to which people. After my daughter stopped seeing her, she told me that one of the reasons there had been no progress was because she didn’t trust Kteily. In their private sessions when my daughter had said that she wasn’t ready to talk to me about an issue, Kteily would tell

I called this clinic after doing some internet research and reading the reviews. When they called me back they were very unaccommodating and unsympathetic. They did not seem to give one care about me, my family or my problems. I tried to explain I had to drive an hour to the clinic but they still did not seem to care. Seemed like when they found out I was a cash customer and not someone who's insurance they could bill, they were no longer interested in me or helping me with my problems. If I could leave less than 1 Star I would. I hope this place goes out of business.
