Abundant Health Care Inc. was founded in 1997 by the current owners, David and Letty Rutledge. David and Letty are both registered nurses who are committed to providing professional nursing and therapy services to our home health and long-term care patients who live in Hidalgo County. In 2007, Letty Rutledge completed her master's in nursing science education and became a Family Nurse Practitioner.
