With our latest integration of Remote Patient Monitoring or Home Telemonitoring, we are able to provide a wide array of services to our community, preventing premature hospitalizations or nursing home placements. Remote patient monitoring allows a patient to use a mobile medical device to perform a routine test such as blood pressure and blood sugar checks.

We are committed to delivering cost-effective, high-quality care in order to promote every individual's well-being, dignity, and respect for his/her choice. Other categories of licensure included Licensed Home Health and Personal Assistance Services. In August of 1996, New Life Home Health was awarded our first state contract to provide Primary Home Care services (PHC).
New Life Home Health provides more choices to our patients and families by offering both acute and long-term home health services. We also provide hourly care from 4 to 24 hours a day and can conduct a scheduled supervisory evaluation performed by our Registered Nurses and/or Field Supervisors. As a full-service home care provider, our goal is to offer a "one-stop" continuum of care for our South Texas and surrounding area community.
