I was so excited to get my hair done before my vacation, I called 3 weeks ahead of time to schedule my appointment. I penciled it into my calendar, took the afternoon off work and showed up at the salon on time - only to find that I wasn't on their schedule. The receptionist was polite and sympathized with my plight, but could only offer me another appointment a week later.

Scheduling errors happen, but this is totally unacceptable. They made a mistake, not me - they try to fix it. No attempts to work me into the afternoon's schedule were made. This error says a lot about the salon

Folica Salon has me feeling right at home! Amber at the front desk acts like you're her long lost friend and puts you at ease immediately! A drink is offered multiple times during your visit! Braden is my main man and I'm beyond blessed to have found him!! He is a newer stylist there and I followed him over! Hip, urban vibe inside! All stylists comfortable...no stuffy, arrogance here! And oh that scalp massage is amaze balls!!

I found a Groupon deal with the salon for haircut and highlights. I was able to make an appointment the same week I bought the groupon. Angela was my stylist and worked major magic with my hair. The transformation was outstanding. I appreciate a stylist who works with your hair and cuts in such a way that you didn't think could work for you. This salon also gives a lot of personal attention to all of their customers. I am excited to be a new customer and look forward to next appointment.

I had a haircut with the owner, Corie, about a week ago and I am extremely happy with it! The stylists and staff care about their clients and take the time to make sure everything is running smoothly. From communication with the initial booking and appointment reminders to the actual appointment, I was very pleased with the entire process. I am very picky when it comes to my hair, and Corie did a fabulous job! I will absolutely be returning and I highly recommend this salon.
