Resolute helped me purchase a property in Florida while I stayed up north. The team has been fun to work with, responsive, and professional. They definitely have their systems down to get you and your properties integrated super quickly.
I have to give a special shout out to Mona Strausser for putting in extra hours in finding me a suitable property in a red hot market! She worked weekends and holidays for me - without me asking her to! She toured the properties, brokered the deal, and made sure the construction was completed. Mona and RPM are great people to have on your team!

This team manages several properties for me and have helped navigate some pretty tough tenant antics that could otherwise have resulted in major loss of income. I always receive timely responses to my questions and detailed explanations of accounting and service requests. They have some really great vendors and I know Resolute holds them accountable. Very professional team and responsive to my inquiries as an owner. Assisted with difficult tenant which damgeed property but attempted to avoid responsibility. Tenant blamed contractors for clearly actions on his part which negatively impacted timeliness to resolve. Tenant began writing negative reviews to avoid responsibility.

I have so much to say about this company by far the worst company I have ever rented from they do not care about anything it took months to fix a leak in my ceiling that flooded my home (which never got fixed) it caused a lot of damage I ended up having to file it through my renters insurance because the people they sent out couldn't find the cause of the leak they sent out restore pro who I guess tried to fix it but managed to make things worst they also sent out people to paint and patch the walls who was not professional at all and you could tell they might have been someone that they knew because

Unprofessional and dismissive! Do not Rent from this company. Brittany the "office assistant" was extremely condescending and dismissive when speaking to me about the needed repairs that had gone unaddressed in my home. She insisted that since I had to reply to an email even though I had spoken with a representative via phone in regards to the email. Then She hung up on me. The follow up to this conversation was an even ruder email from April lecturing me about my phone conduct as if I were the one who had been rude argumentative and had hung up on Brittaney. After reporting a leak that had been happening for months and our weekly requests were ignored by resolute. I threatened to sue once we saw visible mold under the sink. They finally sent a "repair man" last month. The repairman let me know they had found him from the local home Depot plumbing section. He was not a trained plumber just a handyman who offered to help do minor repairs.

Left me without a kitchen sink and counters for 3 months. Refused to address the issues until I threaten legal action and then sent a guy who attempted to sell me weed and was drinking to fix it. Left the Mold in the walls causing my 14 month to become sick as well as my elderly grandmother. At move out they made up fraudulent charges despite the property having carpet, cleaning, and professional painters before move-out. Avoid any property by them at all cost.

I've dealt with many property management companies over the past several years and hands-down Resolute Property Management is the most professional and efficient company I've come across.
