To participate in that process is "to litigate." In more common terms, "litigation" might be described simply as "lawsuits" or a "lawsuit." When private individuals or businesses enforce rights in the courts by judicial process, it is called "civil litigation."
Real estate litigation often presents straightforward and manageable cases, as litigation goes. There are usually clear legal rules that apply and the determinative factual issues tend to be limited. Litigation will commonly arise in connection with real estate contracts and can involve different possible remedies.
It is an unfortunate fact that very serious disputes frequently arise in connection with the disposition of property upon a person's death. Attorney JS Kennedy is a peculiar professional or is out of the ordinary among lawyers in the field, for he is moral and honest. He is an exemplary lawyer and has a proven track record of successes. He does not stir up litigation if not needed, and he is forthright.

Steven is an outstanding attorney. My family hired Steven Kennedy after CalPERS attempted to grossly take advantage of a family member's declining health. After contacting several attorneys, Steven struck me as the best suited to handle this Goliath. His expertise and commitment to justice caused our family to prevail. I highly recommend Steven for estate legal matters. Thank you so much, Steven.

My family and I would highly recommend Mr. Kennedy. We had a family emergency during the first month of Covid19 Pandemic and needed immideate assistance and advice. Mr. Kennedy took the time and explained everything we needed to know. Mr. Kennedy personally delivered the documents and made sure they arrived. We were very happy with the service and did not mind paying for a great deal.
