A licensed physical therapist for more than 33 years, Dr. Lori holds multiple certifications and is continually teaching and attending advanced trainings in order to help prescribe you the best individualized program for your health and wellness goals. Dr. Lori takes the time to know you so that together you can identify the underlying factors that may be contributing to your symptoms.

She will then teach you tools and skills to keep your body active and fit. She not only treats your injuries she will also help you to prevent others. Services
Lori founded Mosaic Physical Therapy in 2003, dedicated to providing quality health care. After sustaining career-threatening injuries in a horseback accident in 2007 Lori was determined to return to helping her patients heal. Recognizing that much of her own healing success was due to her Yoga practice, Lori committed to integrating Yoga Therapy into her Physical Therapy treatments when indicated.
During your first session you will receive a complete evaluation to determine the most effective treatment program for your needs. Treatments are one-on-one for one hour with an experienced licensed physical therapist. Most important, you will learn valuable information to help you live a more active, pain-free life.
Physical therapy is a great first-line treatment for most muscle and joint problems. Clinically proven to reduce pain and dysfunction, physical therapy also saves you time and money too. Although other kinds of practitioners will offer some of these treatments as "physical therapy, " it's important for you to know that physical therapy can only be provided by qualified and licensed physical therapists.
Pilates gets your mind in tune with your body. By emphasizing proper breathing, correct spinal and pelvic alignment, and complete concentration on smooth, flowing movement, you become acutely aware of how your body feels, where it is in space, and how to control its movement. The quality of movement is valued over quantity of repetitions.
At Mosaic we will work together as a team to develop an individualized yoga practice to address your needs. If you are already a yoga student, we will teach you how to get the most out of your yoga practice. This may involve teaching you the intricacies of each pose in order to prevent injury, or simply suggesting modifications for your needs so that you can continue to attend yoga classes without the worry of injury.
