The Shoppe

Having recently moved to Santa Rosa, I came here as a first time customer.
To start with, Alyssa and Misty (sorry if I’ve gotten the name wrong) were super welcoming, friendly, and funny. I laughed so much for much of the time I was there.
I’ve never really been happy with the way my beard has been trimmed by barbers but am so happy with the job that Alyssa did on it.
Alyssa also did a great job with my hair.
This is a fantastic business. The ladies clearly know what they are doing and are good at it. On top of that, they are so much fun. I really could not recommend this place enough for

Great experience overall, very friendly bunch of ladies. They offered me a drink, did a great job with my hair, and gave me the barber experience I've been missing where they talk and listen. While also having friendly banter between themselves and other patrons. Great time.
They will cut kids hair too! Also have some friendly doggo's! Highly recommend Alyssa if you're looking for a fade.

I was a first time customer here. It was a great experience, they are super funny there and great at what they do. I got a perm and it didn't turn out to good (needed a different solution no ones fault) and I was able to come back into see Misty and she did it again at no cost and it turned out amazing. Great place and great employees.

Best haircut experience I've had so far. Sarah is very skillful and smart. She wasn't awkward or anything, and made it a comfortable environment. They even offered drinks and snacks. Highly recommend.

No masks. Like at all. Not on a single customer or a single stylist. Appears to be a mask free zone. Sad bc it's a cute shoppe and I'm sure the ladies are nice and seem talented based on reviews. I have to take a stand however when public health is so blatantly disregarded

They just took off my "covid hair" this time. Back to 3-4 week maintenance cuts now after a year with no real haircut.

First time going to The Shoppe and I adored it. It was a little hard to find, down a murky hallway but through the front door is a fabulous boutique. Its classy, places to sit, drinks to calm your nerves if your nervous about haircuts and even an emotional support dog. They don't list their prices, depends on style and amount cut - mine was $55. My brother, who apparently goes here as well, which I didn't know about, is around $30. The three stylists are quite chatty.

Clearly these Ladies have there stuff together. There place is like walking into a loving home. When you enter the Shoppe you are welcomed with refreshments and good energy. Not only are the ladies stylish, they have down to earth personalities. My partner and I travel from San Francisco just to get his hairicut with Alyssa. We've never been disppointed. 10 Stars for this place and to Alyssa.

I can say with 100% certainty that this "Little Hole in the wall shop" is the best place in town to get a hair cut. I only say in town because I like most don't wish to drive more then an hour to get my hair cut... Wait I would if I lived an hour away from the shoppe. The ladies at The Shoppe have excellent personalities and truly made me feel at home with the exceptional hospitality and friendly outlook. 11/10 I cant wait to send my friends here!

Every stylist here is an A+ choice! Alyssa has been cutting my hair most recently and always listens to whatever I may ask for and offers great tips and advice to keep my look lasting longer and looking better. I never question the work they do and I also really appreciate that Alyssa makes sure I am certain with her next step before doing it. Very laid back and relaxing environment inside. Beverages are offered for clients and having a nice shampoo as part of the haircut is a huge plus that I always enjoy and appreciate. It's a hidden little place near the SRJC that I am very happy to have

Sarah is easily one of the coolest people we've met all year. My son and I were in town from San Francisco for some long overdue post Shelter-in-Place haircuts ahead of some upcoming summer travel and could not have been happier to discover The Shoppe.

Sarah is a true stylist. She has a designers point of view. Her cuts are not run-of-the-mill. By the time she was done, our boy looked like he could shoot the summer catalog for The Gap...and he was positively thrilled with his new look!

Edit: wow lady, put the claws away. Just because I won't be coming back doesn't mean I don't wish you well. It was an honest review. I clearly stated that I didn't have anything specific in mind. Nothing about my review was backhanded. Have some professionalism.
This place is in a great location and all three barber/stylists are very nice and friendly. They have music videos playing on the TV while you're getting your hair cut, and they offer an array of drinks.
My haircut turned out good, nothing to complain about, but I'm still looking for someone who will give me a haircut I love. (Side note

Honestly I love every single one of them so much! Amazing atmosphere, getting a haircut here is like a mini vacay. The girls are super sweet, and funny, I feel like I'm leaving in an amazing mood every time. Alyssa slays the game, she gives great cuts to men and women. I don't think I'll ever trust anyone else to cut my hair (unless it's one of the other girls because they're great too!) 10/10 recommend you go to the Shoppe. Never ever disappoints.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my boyfriend who got a haircut from Misty. He came home happy with his haircut and told me what a cool place this is and how nice Misty was. They have a big screen TV and offer free beverages, including beer! He will be going back.

A few weeks ago, I booked an appointment on a Saturday for the following Monday morning at 10 AM, as I had somewhere to be at 11. The only available stylist was Sarah and, as I had never been here before and had no preference, I took it. As I had tried to book an appointment (with a bit more notice, too) months previously and no one was available when I was able to come into town, I was excited to get in so quickly.

I was coming from out of town and there was construction along the way, so even though I left early, I was running a few minutes late. I got to the parking lot and my GPS was telling

I had a great experience at The Shoppe. Sarah did a great job with my cut simply by me telling her to work her magic. Great atmosphere, very relaxing. I won't go anywhere else.

The place is always clean, bright, and fun. Sarah is a great stylist. It's nice to be able to have a soda or beer prior to the appointment as well. I often find myself hanging around for a few extra minutes talking to the girls as they are fun to talk.

This place is the BEST! I have been seeing Alyssa for a couple of years now. From a technical standpoint, I have never had such perfect haircuts and beard line ups until I met her. I'm a little obsessive and go in weekly, but it's totally worth it to always be rocking a fresh fade and beard trim.

From a shop standpoint, all 3 wonderful women are super talented, absolutely hilarious and each visit never fails to disappoint. You can also enjoy a delicious beverage of your choice when you go in which is great!

These Ladies are great! Have been to visit twice now. Alyssa gave me a haircut and a wash after. While I remember getting a haircut for $5. Their pricing seems to be inline with what I've seen around the area.

New location but owned and operated by three of the best stylists you can find. I've been a client of Sarah's for years and was more than happy to follow her to a new location. She gives me the best haircut I've ever had every time. Great people great services great atmosphere. Who doesn't want to have a great time while getting their haircut? Worth every cent every time!
