She continues this tradition as the current doctor of Niguel Family Dentistry. Our dental practice serves the general, cosmetic, and emergency dental needs of Laguna Niguel, Dana Point, San Juan Capistrano, and Mission Viejo.

I've been coming here for a year now and I have been happy with my dental cleaning and dental work I have had so far. Staff is welcoming and helpful, excellent communication. I like the ease and flexibility of scheduling appointments. They are always accommodating and even offer early 7am appointments that work with my schedule. Dr. Grendeau is gentle and detailed in his work, making my appointments as pleasant as possible. Also Dr. Mahran is great in explaining my specific issues and or procedures being performed. So far a pleasant overall experience.

I have been going to Niguel Family Dentistry for many years now and never had a negative experience! Dr. Mahran and her team are amazing! So kind, considerate and accommodating! I have had extensive work done and is on going! They make sure that your each visit is very comfortable!.
I highly recommend this place, especially if you have any fear of visiting a dentists office please consult with Dr. Mahran… She is the most gentle and patient doctor I’ve ever been to and all the Specialists and her Staff at her office are so wonderful and thorough professionals!

Today my 3 year old had his first dental check-up and everyone on the staff was so welcoming which really helped ease his anxiety. The assistant and dentist were both super friendly and even let him push the button on the dental chair and experiment with some of the tools before his cleaning. They even cleaned his stuffed animal's teeth, which was awesome!

Dr.Mahran I cannot day enough wonderful things about. Her office is clean and organized and her stuff is very supportive/helpful. I myself had 2 extractions and a root canal all in one surgery and she did a tremendous job.My tooth had a curve on the root and it was a very difficult extraction; she was patient and coached and supported me thru the entire procedure and so did he dental assistant. She the surgery-she made sure that I was comfortable, and was amazingly thorough with her follow up. I am very fortunate to have found her for our family dentistry.

I am so thankful I found this dentistry! Everything about this place is great, from the staff to the dentist. Everytime I come in, or even talk to them on the phone, they are all so welcoming, warm and genuinely nice. I used a Groupon and after my cleaning and exam, we went over my work plan. She didn't try to push extra work for money, and made it super affordable! They even have this loyalty program where for people without dental insurance! Its amazing! I got my fillings today and they put my comfort first, they talked to me throughout about what they're doing and I was really comfortable

The worst experience I ever had In my life. I was charged 140 for literally sitting in the chair. They were so paranoid about me not paying, they asked me to pay before seeing the doctor first, when I was done, they said they'll give me the receipt in the next appointment. They know how much to charge me, but not what to charge me for.

Stay AWAY from these people! Like the other bad reviewers this place gave me the same bad experience. Horrible office manager and billing. They tried to charge me for services that were fully covered under my insurance. On top of that they are rude, careless and the dentist hardly does anything herself it's all pawned off on her staff. This place is a cash grab, they argue with clients, demand more then what should be and are rude. The office place also has a odd smell to it almost like mold was covered up.

This is a little overdue but I would like to put this out there to those looking for the best. Well you have found her. Dr. Soraya is the most caring top of her game and honest dentist I have ever met. I have in my past lost trust in dentists due to witnessing some very shady pricing and work.
But not at this office, everyone who works here has the same goal, your happiness and professional customer service with a smile.

Long story short, Dr Mahran appears very nice initially yet commits fraud with her billing and is not present for your routine cleanings and dental check ups. She was not present in the office for both myself and my husband, on separate occasions, for our dental check up and cleanings. I was told our appointments were with the dentist for these times. They leave it to the hygienist, who is maybe 25 years old, to do an exam and give advice of whatever issue you are having. In my 40 years, this is the best dentist I have ever been to. Dr. Soraya is kind, thorough, and honest. The front office is organized and the dental assistants work together and efficiently. My entire family now utilizes Niguel Family Dentistry. In the past, I have found dentists to be too liberal with anesthetic and I get jumpy, or they call out teeth for fillings that another dentist may not, or they recommend services you may not need, leaving you feeling self-conscious. I am new to this area, feel lucky that I found this place. I have a good experience. Dr. Soraya's assistant- Kaitlin, is professional and gentle. I had little discomfort when she took my x-ray. As compared to ALL my past dental x-ray experience, I would have sores from the x-ray film every time due to the smaller frame of my mouth. Dr. Soraya is wonderful and very nice. I am very happy with this office. They are respectful, and they do not upsell treatments/products. They are also not pushy. I feel comfortable continuing my routine care here. From Dr Soraya to every single member of her team is respectful, kind, polite and dedicated! They don't beat around the bush, let you know your cost upfront!
Dr. Soraya always listens to your needs, she stops to make sure the patient is comfortable and any question is a good question for her. She has a very gentle touch and always a beautiful sweet smile on her face! It's almost too good to be true! I had some extensive work done and been very satisfied.

I am so happy I found this dental office for our family. From day one, they have been extremely kind, accommodating and extremely professional. I know we are all in good hands here. The office manager is so nice and went out of her way to help us find the perfect Dr. for my little ones special needs. This dentist is a fraud. Every time I come here to get my teeth cleaned, the dentist herself tries selling me something I don't need or want. Instead of examining my teeth (YES, SHE DOESN'T LOOK AT MY TEETH IF I DON'T BUY WHATEVER SHES TRYING TO SELL) she says I need caps or fillings, whitening, or bonding on my teeth. One time I actually almost fell for it, she tried to put bonding on my teeth and set up shop. Right before she started I asked if my insurance would cover it and she said yes, she tried to start but I insisted she conform with my insurance that it is covered. She left
