Office is super clean and they are all very safety conscious. Everyone is professional, very friendly and empathetic to my “fear & anxiety of dentistry”. Dr Balaze patiently helps me through any procedure. Anna is the best hygienist I’ve EVER been to! She is gentle yet thorough and she takes the time to teach me during every visit! (Trust me - I’ve had some really really bad dentist experiences in my past). I highly recommend Dr Balaze & his staff!

I had an incredible experience with Dr. Balaze! After having a faulty filling from a previous dentist, Dr. Balaze put all of my worries at ease. He took the time to learn about me not just as a patient, but as a person. I walked out feeling so happy with the incredible care and the end result!

Not many look forward to going to the dentist but I do! Drs Balaze and Gregg are so competent, friendly and easy to talk to. I like knowing what they’re doing to my teeth and they are always ready to share as much information as I want to know. The hygienist and receptionist are also very friendly and competent. I would recommend this team highly for the great work they do.

Just finished an extraction and bone graft on a tooth that was split. Little early to tell but Dr Balaze is pretty terrific! He is light handed, and all business but with a great positive energy. Very satisfied!

What a breath of fresh air! I just came off a bad experience at another local dentist office; lots of pressure to do expensive work with little explanation and they unwilling to listen to my budget and timeline concerns. At Balaze and Gregg I felt like a had a coach who took lots of factors into consideration when approaching my needs. Very kind staff and lovely office. After moving from a good situation on the East Coast I’m really looking forward to having a reliable dentist in SoCal.

I am completely satisfied with the service I got on February 22nd from Balaze & Gregg Dentistry. Anna Joe does a great job cleaning my teeth. She is always very personable, accommodating for my cleaning preferences, talks to me about my teeth and clearly states what she will be doing, gives my ideas to reduce plaque when I clean my teeth at home, and most important, she genuinely cares. Drs. Balaze and Gregg were very concerned and helpful in trying to solve the problem with my tongue and throat. They both gave me their valuable time in discussing my problem and trying to fix it.

I was referred to Dr Balaze and I was able to get an appointment quickly. Once I got there, I could not believe the personal warmth and hospitality with which I was greeted. The Dr. took time to talk to me and ask about my dental concerns. The office was very clean. The hygienist was very thorough and professional. I highly recommend Balaze and Gregg Dentistry. I highly recommend Dr. Balaze & Dr. Gregg. I have bounced around dentists over the past few years living in Orange County and have never experienced the care, professionalism and sincerity that I have felt from my first visit here. My experience at all other dentist offices has been that the office will try to up-sell me on as many items and procedures as possible, as many items that insurance companies will allow them to. At this office I truly feel like they just want to provide the best care possible for each patient. I wish I would have found them sooner.

Dr. Balaze is a kind, respectful dentist who explains everything in an in depth, yet easy to understand, manner. After trying to save a bad molar of mine, it had to be pulled today. Because I've already had a couple of molars pulled by other dentists, I was very nervous to go through this. Dr. Balaze took his time in pulling the tooth, doing a bone graft, and stitching it all up, and it was relatively painless! I had my teeth cleaned beforehand by a very friendly hygienist. The office staff is wonderful! I highly recommend Dr. Balaze and the staff within their office!

After avoiding the dentist for way too long, I took a friend's recommendation and made an appointment with Dr. Balaze for a much needed cleaning + check up and am SO glad I did!

Love the new modern offices! I have been a patient ever since moving to California in 2008 and have remained a steadfast client. Drs. Gregg and Balaze truly enjoy their work and are experienced, highly skilled dentists. Great all around experience with this Dentistry's office! After coming in for a much needed cleaning, Dr. Balaze managed to get me into the office ASAP based on my request. I got an efficient, thorough, evaluation that didn't offer any sense of salesman pitch, which i had found at my last local dentistry office. You can tell it's a place where you're not just another number, which always makes me feel at home. Thanks for the cleaning! On to phase 2 of this smile!

Drs. Balaze & Gregg have a brand-spanking new suite of offices in beautiful downtown Laguna Niguel. Gone are those uncomfortable dental torture chairs where your arms have no place to go and just dangle off the sides in apace. No more swirling water "spit-in-here bowl" whose sound makes you wanna pee instead of getting your teeth cleaned, repaired or replaced (pick-one)!

They, Drs. Balaze & Gregg (sounds line a vaudeville dance team), were thoughtful enough to put a TV monitor in the ceiling for all to marvel at and wonder "how it stays up there with all those fish swimming

My husband and I very thankful that we have found a dentist and office staff who are as nice and professional as Dr. Gregg's office. Congratulations on your new office! We both really appreciate your excellent service. I always enjoy going in to see the dental hygienist because not only do I get my teeth cleaned, but I get to have a book discussion since both of us are in different book clubs!

He has taken care of our entire family for many years. He and his staff are so knowledgeable,caring, and brilliant! He continues to learn and teach and mentor. These are true signs of a person who loves what they do and are very good at it.
He has a wonderful family who we learn about through his newsletters over the years. They to are worker bees who do good always.
He's also a terrific photographer. I believe a great Dentist or Plastic Surgeon is also a fine artist, with an eye for beauty.

Our family has been seeing Dr. Gregg for .... 20+ years; I look forward to my regular visits; all of the staff are gentle and knowledgeable; I love Dr. Dan and Dr. Gregg's conservative approach to dentistry - instead of removing a tooth you'd like to keep forever, we'll fix it for as long as we can. Their dental hygienists are as skilled as they come. I've had mouthguards created for me, as an assist when I'm running; he's remade my night time appliance for keeping my teeth straight a few times. There's no problem they can solve - complete trust!

Dr. Gregg has the gentlest hands in the biz. He is extremely knowledgeable, skilled and very pleasant to work with.
I have known Dr. Gregg for many years and he continues to provide exceptional service.

Dr. Gregg and his staff are professional while being warm and friendly. I have a "complicated" mouth and have been afraid of going to a dentist for many years, but I found Dr. Gregg several years ago (10?) and my anxieties have gone away. He has the ability to analyze the situation and come up with a solution!

Last week was my fourth appointment to get my bite aligned after a fall. It is a pleasure coming to Dr. Gregg's office. The staff is lovely and Dr. Gregg, besides being an expert with gentle hands, is a gentleman in the true sense of the word.

I have been coming here for over 15 years and would still make the trip here even if I had to move out of state. Dr. Gregg and Dr. Balaze as well as the hygienists and receptionists are the most professional and friendliest of any doctor's office I go to. You will get to know the staff very quickly - they've made all of my appointments so easy and stress free. So grateful to have a dentist that I can rely on and actually enjoy visiting.

He is my favorite dentist. Being new to the area, I was frustrated to find the right person to fix 4 cavities. But he was the most gentle, smart, and honest dentist I think I have ever met. I actually don't mind going to the dentist now. WOW. Shocking...Good professional man and a kind heart. Did not overcharge me and gave me a free product. I am a lifetime client now. I have a confession: I have a mouth the size of toddler. Yes, I am saying it out loud, I have a baby mouth. Before I moved behind the Orange Curtain, I was seeing a dentist for years, who I affectionately referred to Dr. Mitthands, DDS. He did all my dental work in the aforementioned baby mouth and used a metal object to crane my mouth open.

Open WIDER. He would repeat. I have a BABY MOUTH, I would say to this dentist. I thought that he must have other Babymouthed people you work on, but I just stretched the baby mouth and bore it. Everyone has told me that dentistry is painful.

Now
