We recently had some renovations done that included plumbing not done by precision. After a week of taking showers and using toilets everything backed up. Scott & Malik were amazing. They took the time to diagnose my issue and went above and beyond in locating our sewer main clean out. We have owned this home for 30 years and never knew it existed or where it was located until Scott went under the house and tracked it down. They called ahead of time, to let me know they were on their way; showed up exactly on time and went above and beyond to take care of my concerns of what happens if my water heater goes out. These guys are great! My 90 year old mother-in-law recently experienced a significant blockage in her main sewer pipe, and was given a very high estimate for replacement by the company who she paid to clear it. Precision Plumbing & Drain came well recommend by a friend and they didn't disappoint! Quick response time, highly skilled crew and pricing I was happy with. Respectful of Covid guidelines in our home. Two weeks after the first job, I had a slab leak and Precision replaced all the pipes in the house and out to the main. They did great work and cleanup.
