The staff is always super sweet and attentive. It’s clear they have great working relationships with each other.
Mai is the BEST!! She always works magic. Got a highlight and cut and it was $460! Without tip. I didn’t even get it curled or flat ironed out at the end so it was a frizzy mess when I thought I’d have a little something special for New Year’s Eve. Just ended up doing my own hair. No special hair extra treatments. Guess I just was not expecting that. Just in shock. Definitely ask the price before any services. Expensive lesson to learn.

Alan was amazing! I had read wonderful reviews about how talented he is with blondes, and this couldn't be more accurate. He really took the time to evaluate the health and condition of my hair, my skin tone, my lightening/coloring history to customize a color and service unique to my needs... and WOW, his attention to detail did not disappoint. My hair looks and feels amazing! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for high quality blonde results.

Very nice salon, with a lot of very pleasant people. A lot of really excellent stylist doing awesome cuts around while I was having my service. I’ve been seeing Nicole for two years and I love her haircuts and her color. She’s taken me from brunette to a really healthy ash blonde. My hair is fine and a bit fragile and this is the third time she’s highlighted it in about a year and a half and it still looks healthy!

I don't think if ever left a review on here, but after my experience here I felt I should. I've never been to a fancy salon, the same girl has done my hair as far back as I can remember so I was very nervous to try something new.

The stylist and the assistant were super nice and really attentive. The stylist did a good job too. It just isn’t at all what I wanted and it cost a lot of money to be really unhappy with my hair. It felt like during the consultation the stylist didn’t really listen to me and we weren’t on the same page. I told her I wanted a ginergy orange red and I came out looking purple. She took my hair super dark which was the opposite of what I said I wanted. I was able to fix it at home myself with color remover and no bleach thankfully. I am in love with the Keratin Smoothing Treatment and trim I received! The good conversation was also a plus!

When you watch Alan work on your hair, you can see that he's a true master of his craft. You can't predict where and how much he's going to cut, but the final product is something that feels truly personalized to you. The resulting hairstyle highlighted my cheekbones and showcased my long neck, and there was also perfect volume from the layers (many haircuts I've gotten in the past left my hair limp or made me look like a mushroom).

Christopher did an amazing job with my hair. At first, I was afraid that it wasn't coming out quite like the picture I had showed him of what I wanted but he knew exactly what he was doing. He took the time to perfect every strand and by the end I fell in love with the haircut!
