Great service, friendly staff. The waiting room has wifi so I was able to work while waiting for my car to be done. I was expecting to be there until the afternoon but I got there at 8am and left around 10am! Overall I think they had fair prices, definitely will be going back there for future work.

I had the timing belt and water pump replaced on my Honda Accord. I initially stopped by to see if they could do it and what it would cost. The manager, Joe, was very helpful and knowledgeable. The price quoted was very competitive and reasonable so I scheduled the service. From start to finish it was an excellent experience! Everything was completed as promised and my car is running like a clock. I would not hesitate to use them again.

This place is everything they claim to be! I’ve had work done here a few times and feel confident I’m not getting ripped off and the mechanics actually have a clue! No work is done until mutual agreement after diagnostics and a clean bathroom and television in the waiting area is always an added bonus! COVID protocols followed also

I had a car I was ready to purchase inspected at Honest. Many real issues in the car. They did a great job of finding immediate and not immediate concerns. Oddly, the owner still insisted the car was perfect and refused to to lower her price. Her loss. I missed a bullet--thanks Honest!

They didn’t do anything. I brought it in for an oil change and hood latch replacement. I went there because it seemed to have decent reviews. The mechanic couldn’t open the hood. Better yet he didn’t even move it from the parking lot. Said it was too complicated of a task. They give me an estimate of over 600.00. Over 300 for labor and over 300 for parts. When the parts that I need actually only cost total of thirty bucks. And the lazy mechanic didn’t feel like doing his job I guess. Watched a you tube video and the guy took three minutes to pop the hood . So that’s what I did. Popped

I love been doing all my own auto repairs for decades. So I'm familiar with the cost of parts and what's involved In The various repairs. But as I'm getting on in age I no longer have the desire or the time to do them. I've found that they are fair in their prices and do a good job in the repairs. Plus they are quick on returning the vehicle back to you. Been to many other repair shops were I wouldn't trust them to change my wiper blades let alone my brakes. So I've taking my cars here on three separate occasions and felt like I wasn't robbed or ripped off

Ok I'm leaving four stars because I have an outstanding issue with my truck. After speaking to Richy Jassal I was quite relieved and encouraged that if any issues reside going forward that I would be taken care of. Thank you very much Richy you're a delightful owner and would like to continue to use your services but that all depends on the end game on my situation.

I was shopping around online to find a local auto repair shop, and no one around had nearly as many excellent reviews than Honest-1. When I arrived, I was greeted in a friendly manner by Richy. I was taken care of in a timely fashion. And the final cost was fair and I didn't feel like I was being ripped off. I would totally come back if my car needs work.
