I've been bringing my car here for years because I know that they will accurately diagnose and repair as necessary all at a fair price. Repairs are done in a timely manner minimizing wait time. Plus, everyone that works there is courteous and professional, and I trust them to fix my car at Fair price. I highly recommend them!!

When i first walked into this shop, John gave me an impression of a nice, honest guy.
Everything changed when i saw my bill. (1) For a twelve dollar part, John charged me sixty-five dollars. (2) For a job which took less than 30 minutes, he charged me eighty-two dollars. Now you do the math. Is this guy in business for profit or robbing people ? (3) Even though the sign says "Authorized Napa Auto shop" he uses cheap auto parts which are NOT Napa (4) He will not give you a bill and warranty of the part which was installed in your car.
My recommendation: BEFORE you give your car for repair
