Over the past 4 months, I have seen Beth almost weekly for some postpartum pelvic floor and hip issues. She has been incredible. I finally learned how to properly engage my transverse abs and she helped alleviate pain that had returned once I started working out. It was a miracle. In the last month, I started seeing Brooke (as suggested by Beth) to change up treatment for some numbness in my legs potentially resulting from low back/pregnancy issues. She was also amazing and it was so nice to have a fresh perspective using different tools and exercises. I learned a lot from both of them. It really

Beth has given me the gift of living without pain and of helping me to get to know my body in important ways. She is so skilled, knowledgeable, and not at all squeamish. I am so grateful to have been sent to her for care.

The therapists at Sound Body are really good at listening and finding the right combination of exercises. If something doesn't work they find another solution. I've worked with Beth, Dorothy, and Brooke. They collaborate and give each other suggestions and feedback to best serve their patients. I definitely recommend them.

My acupuncturist, Carrie Klein at Alberta Street Acupuncture, (shout out to Carrie, she is fantastic!) recommended me to Sound Body Physical Therapy. I have very complex upper and lower back issues from a childhood injury. I have been to many, many physical therapists in my life and usually find that they just give you stretches and exercises and send you on your way. Not Sound Body. They listen, test, observe, and then work WITH you. Tomiko has been amazing in helping me regain strength, mobility and flexibility while working on getting my body/spine to the point where I can actually start doing

Beth was recommended to me by my chiropractor and she is AWESOME. Along with knowing her stuff, she is kind, supportive, and gets that you can't treat people one-size-fits-all and you need to understand them holistically. I appreciate her so much after going to two PTs who were seriously not getting that. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that they need to implement online scheduling and a way to pay bills online as well, as you are neither allowed to pay over the phone nor with credit card on the bills you get in the mail. Otherwise though they're great ! Highly recommend Beth

20 years of PT/Chiro/etc for back, neck, shoulder and more...Katie Lyttle is the best I've seen. Incredibly intuitive, genuinely curious, super smart, and I've learned a lot about the core drivers of discomfort from her hypothesis testing approach, and how to reset muscles before they trigger a cascade effect. I end almost every session with less pain and more enlightened on how to avoid it. Very empathetic, brilliantly healing hands and gifted in this craft. I'm able to have way more human jungle gym time with my toddler and baby, and rebound more quickly from random acts of Mt

It might sound funny to say you enjoy going to the PT, but I actually do! I have been working with Beth Fitzgerald for a sprained leg muscle and she has been fantastic. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. You can tell she really cares about her patients. She takes her time with you to make sure she gives you the best care. She has helped me beyond the sprain and I am so thankful I was referred to her. She also has a wonderful office staff and beautiful office, which makes the experience that much better.

I've been a little wary of seeing a physical therapist because I honestly didn't know why - but yesterday, I had an AMAZING appointment with Beth Fitzgerald at Soundbody PT. I haven't had an injury in over 10 years, but I have been having some difficulty getting muscle groups to engage in my yoga practice. She walked me through a ton of different exercises so that we could figure out which muscle groups were weak for me and she gave me a month-long plan to tonify my left hamstring and some of the smaller core muscles in my pelvis. She then did some myofascial release on my shoulders
