My carpets haven't look this nice or as clean since it was brand new. My old dog was having seizures and peed all over my carpet. There is literally no trace of pee smell. I have a very sensitive nose and even I can't smell it. They were super to work with, get scheduled and they left enough fans to dry the carpet. I 100% recommend!!

I cant say enough good things about BMS Carpet Cleaners. From the scheduling to the completion of the job, they were right on top of our needs and aiming to do an exceptional job. The technician who did the work arrived promptly and masked. He did a superior job in removing the mess from a sick dog on 2 bedroom carpets. I had tried to clean them but couldn't get rid of the brown stains or the smell. Preston got rid of both and the carpet looks and smells new. I am so pleased with the results and strongly recommend BMS Carpet Cleaners.

BMS did a fantastic job cleaning our white carpeting. (we inherited it from the previous owner) I keep thinking we will have to get new carpeting, but when they come for a yearly cleaning it looks like new. I highly recommend their services.

BMS has cleaned our carpets and area rugs for over 10 years. Barb and Mike are terrific to work with! They have removed many stains (pets stains to wine stains) and even helped us recover after a water heater flooded our carpeting. I can not recommend them highly enough!

BMS did an outstanding job of cleaning our carpets in our 3-floor condo building, and the carpets really needed it! I am a MSU Bozeman student living in a house with all girls. The man (NAMED RILEY) sent was anything but professional at the time of service. The morning after, he let himself into my house when we were still asleep and when I tried to confront him to ask him to leave, he shook me and screamed at me. The office manager could have cared less when I told her. After filing a police report, he was to be fired. I have seen him working for them since. It was the scariest thing I have experienced. BMS offers a great service. They are professional and do great work. I've had to arrange carpet cleaning remotely and they were a pleasure to work with. They even got a stain out of the carpet that I wasn't sure was going to come out. I will definitely continue to use BMS and highly recommend them.

I've been using BMS for nearly 20 years. They do fantastic work and their prices are competitive other services. We use them for a rental property and the carpets get heavy use. Even when horrible stains are left behind, BMS has been able to clean them up. We have also used them to clean area rugs with great results. The only problem we've experienced is that they get busy during peak seasons, like just after graduation. Even then, they have always been surprisingly responsive. I recommend them to my friends.

Excellent Customer Service. I'm a REALTOR and I recommend BMS all the time. My clients have never been disappointed! Quick story:BMS "saved" an heirloom oriental rug one New Years Eve when I dropped an entire kettle full of hot gravy on the rug! They opened their doors on New Years Day for me!
